　　II、 如實呈報 Notification in Truth

　　若 貴公司的工作人員或其親屬、朋友或其他有特定關系的人員向我公司或我公司工作人員索取賄賂或行賄的，我公司承諾立即如實向 貴公司稽核長辦公室舉報。

　　We shall , be subject to notification in truth to the Chief Auditor Office of T company in the event that any action of soliciting or attempt of solicit bribes or bribery from any of T company’s staff and/or relatives, friends or any other third party.

　　若我公司違反以上承諾，則我公司：

　　第一部分：運輸保證函。

　　本樣品的.運輸承諾書經我們精心挑選，但原對您有參考作用。

　　造成：

　　為進一步加強對城市各類建筑垃圾和工程渣土的管理，規范建筑垃圾和工程渣土的運輸，防止運輸過程中撒漏渣土，維護整潔的市容和道路環境，根據《邵陽市建筑垃圾和工程渣土處置管理暫行辦法》(市政辦發[20__]17號)，特作如下莊嚴承諾：

　　本項目以(主體)施工單位為責任主體，負責工程項目土方開挖及運輸。

　　總負責單位要認真落實施工場地的標準化管理。

　　施工現場出入口道路必須硬化，硬化長度根據現場實際情況確定，但長度不得小于30米，寬度不得小于4米;

　　施工現場應修建洗車平臺和洗車槽，配備洗車設備，安排清洗人員，確保車輛凈車出場;

　　三、建設工地必須使用實體材料圍擋，主次干道沿線的圍擋高度不得低于2.5米，臨背街小巷工地的圍擋高度不得低于1.8米;

　　四、不得在圍墻外堆放建筑材料和渣土，施工現場中途停工應及時清理并封閉場地;

　　城市道路地下管線鋪設工程施工過程中產生的渣土必須邊挖邊清，保證施工路段整潔衛生;
