　　蚌埠湖上升明月（古民居博覽園）位于安徽省蚌埠市龍子湖南部，是一個以修復重建450棟不同地區傳統民居建筑為主的大型旅游項目。民族特色鮮明，旅游文化功能突出，市場運營潛力巨大。項目建設目標是創建國家5A級風景旅游區。建成后，對豐富皖北的旅游資源，完善全省的旅游戰略格局，具有重要意義。

　　“湖上升明月”古民居博覽園環境景觀和綠化建設，包括堆山、擴湖、筑島、開河、綠化等七項工程，著力為古民居營造山環水抱、花繁樹茂的優美的生態環境。目前，園區山體工程已經完成，累計植樹種綠已達3000畝，栽種古樹名木500棵，建成2.6公里紫薇長廊。“一大五小”6個湖心島構筑成型。園區道路硬化完成。山頭景觀、排水系統全面施工，連接大小島嶼的9座車行橋梁建成。昔日的灘涂魚塘洼地，呈現岡巒起伏、山道彎彎的“山區”景觀。

　　到目前為止，450棟古民居構件已全部運抵蚌埠。這450棟古民居來自不同地區，是從舊區改造、市政建設的拆遷現場搶救下來的。其中有的是四五百年前的明代建筑，十分珍貴，由于種。種原因，都有不同程度損毀。五年多來，100多名工匠精雕細刻，450棟已全部修復完成。

　　古民居風情街已率先在主湖心島全面開工建設，近200棟古民居梁柱框架搭建、墻體砌筑、屋面鋪蓋完成。紫薇長廊南側的專題文化景點抓緊建設。

　　古民居系列文化景點是項目的建設重點和精華所在，計劃建設二十個左右。第一批十個，已開工建設或即將開工建設。

　　景點主要有：

　　風情老街。位于主湖心島、占地150畝、由近200棟各式徽派古民居組成、內圈有兩圈環島商鋪，經過兩年多的建設，輪廓初現，建成后，街巷錯落，小橋流水人家，遍布酒樓飯館、茶坊咖吧、客棧民宿、畫廊書店、戲院影城……環島水系與園區觀光河道相連，架設形態各異的石橋24座，形成新“二十四橋”的美麗景觀。

　　古戲臺劇坊。位于主湖心島的古戲臺劇坊建成投入試運行。該建筑建于清光緒十四（1888年），是不多見的室內古戲臺。20__年5月6日，為紀念明代大戲曲家湯顯祖逝世四百周年，上海昆劇團和安徽泗州戲劇院同臺匯演《牡丹亭》，傳為佳話。市文廣新局（旅游局）舉行授牌儀式，將這里作為國家級非物質文化遺產花鼓燈和泗州戲的傳習基地。

　　尚書故里。坐落于園區龍尾的祁門倪氏大祠堂全面建成。該祠堂原建筑面積800余平方米，建于安徽祁門有“尚書故里”之稱的渚口古村，主屋部分構件系明代建筑原物。前進石柱環立，檐廊高暢，天井開闊。修復后，在毀損的后進配建古戲臺，兩側加建邊廳、客房、庭院等，面積擴至3000平方米，功能齊全，氣勢恢宏。

　　紅厝圣跡。已開工建設。由顏、蔡兩族7棟老宅和一棟500年的顏氏宗祠組成。一棟棟“皇宮起”紅磚大厝，搶救自閩南泉州某古村落。泉州是古代東方大港，有海上“絲綢之路”起點之稱。該村第一大姓顏氏，系孔子大弟子顏回后人。500年的顏氏宗祠，記載著古代圣賢的事跡，見證了“一帶一路”的遙遠起點。

　　兩岸一“家”。已開工建設。一棟距今200多年、建筑面積20__平方米的浙江寧波侯氏大宅門，訴說著兩岸同胞生離死別、悲歡離合的沉重往事，和見證了兩岸一“家”、割不斷的親情，呼喚祖國統一、民族復興能夠早日夢圓。

　　深巷酒香。已開工建設。阮社是浙江紹興三大酒鄉之一，以盛產上品黃酒而出名。池灣河畔的酒弄堂，為釀酒世家章氏世居之地，也是善元泰酒坊和章東明酒坊的發祥地。所產黃酒，芳香濃郁，入口甜潤，行銷省內外。章宅古貌依稀可辨，兩側三板、二板石蕭墻，具有典型的浙東水鄉民居特色。因舊城改造需要，酒弄堂被全部拆除，所幸老宅木構件、石板及章家后人保存的部分釀酒器具，被搶救收藏。將根據測繪圖紙及相關資料，在園中復建酒弄堂。“深巷酒香”將成為展示中國酒文化的一個獨特文化景觀。

　　臨川尋夢。已完成規劃設計。江西臨川古民居，清水高墻，建筑風格獨特。更因是“東方莎士比亞”、明代劇作家湯顯祖的故鄉而名聞遐邇。景點根據相關歷史資料，用一棟臨川明代古宅重建“玉茗堂”，同時配建四夢臺、金柅閣以及花園、池塘等景觀設施。形成園林式的“牡丹亭”景觀，并可以進行《牡丹亭》實景演出。

　　督軍府邸。木構件已移交我方，正在修復規劃中。倪公祠部分梁架木構件收藏于蚌埠市博物館。倪嗣沖是中國近代史上特別是北洋政府時期的一個重要歷史人物，曾“駐蚌治皖”十年。該祠建于1921年春，后因年久失修，損壞嚴重，在城市改造中被拆除。倪公祠迄今已逾90余年，具有典型的時代特征和地域特征，有一定的歷史文化價值。和蚌埠市博物館合作，籌建蚌埠歷史民俗展示館，打造具有皖北特色的古民居建筑文化景點。

　　雙塔映湖。已開工建設。位于園區北側山頭的七層龍脊寶塔已木結構封頂。該塔高45米，建筑面積340平方米，二層是寬大的觀景平臺。游人登臨，倚城望月，園區美景盡收眼底。遠處位于人工湖中央的湖心閣，木結構也已封頂。湖山相依，塔閣遙望，雙塔映湖，成為古民居博覽園具有標志性的建筑。

　　東方神木。園中將建有專館，安放神州“烏木之王”。烏木是三千年至上萬年之間，在特定的水流和地質條件下形成，有“東方神木”之稱。該烏木長十多米，需數人合抱，如此體積巨大，十分罕見，彌足珍貴，堪稱鎮園之寶

It has distinctive nationalcharacteristics, outstanding tourism cultural functions and huge marketoperation potential. The goal of the project is to create a national 5A scenicspot. After completion, it is of great significance to enrich the tourismresources of Northern Anhui and improve the tourism strategic pattern of thewhole province.

　　The environmental landscape and greening construction of the "Lake risingbright moon" ancient dwellings Expo Park, including mountain piling, Lakeexpansion, island building, river opening, greening and other seven projects,focuses on providing a beautiful ecological environment with mountains, water,flowers and trees for ancient dwellings. At present, the mountain project of thepark has been completed, with a total of 3000 mu of trees planted, 500 ancientand famous trees planted, and a 2.6 km Lagerstroemia veranda corridor built."One big and five small" six central islands have been built. 　　雙墩遺址位于安徽省蚌埠市淮上區小蚌埠鎮雙墩村北。“雙墩文化”遺址出土了大量的陶器、石器、骨角器、蚌器、紅燒土塊建筑遺存、動物骨骼，以及螺蚌殼等，種類繁多，既有生產工具、生活用具，也有大批刻畫符號和泥塑藝術品。

　　雙墩遺址出土的距今約7000年左右文化遺物達600多件刻畫符號的古陶器，這些陶器紋飾簡練，手法粗獷、寫實中有夸張，風格神奇怪異，很有原始藝術的趣味和神秘感。多數刻畫有符號、圖畫，或者含有符號的組合圖畫。符號基本上都刻畫在陶碗的圈足內，僅有少數符號刻畫在碗的腹部或其他器物的不同部位，其中有大量逼真的象形動物刻畫符號，以魚紋、豬紋為多，還有鹿、蠶、鳥、蟲。蚌埠市博物館研究員徐大立說，經過研究，發現一種“四葉花”的形象不時出現，這可能是當時“物候立法”的內容。狩獵、捕魚、網鳥、養蠶、種植等內容，仿佛一幅幅“連環畫”。

　　20__年10月中旬，備受關注的雙墩遺址開始進行二次發掘，分布在整個雙墩遺址的西北角的16個探方，考古隊一一展開挖掘。通過前期的考古發掘證實，雙墩遺址東西北三面環水。在探方內，露天土層上分布著大小不同、形狀各異的陶片、蚌殼、螺螄殼以及獸骨，工作人員正小心翼翼的將泥土與器物分離。該遺址已經出土大量器物，其中有大量夾砂陶、泥質陶等陶片，有口大底小的大型炊器以及支腳、支座。形式各異的平底釜和大量的獸骨、魚骨、貝殼，以及形似靴子、用鹿角制成的器物、網墜等。此次在遺址北部發現了一片陶片堆，南部發現了用螺殼堆砌的條帶狀溝槽，遺址外圍還有一道壕溝將其區分開來。“從這些出土的陶片可以看出，都是經過人為選擇的。此外，這與之前推斷遺址的面積不符，相比較而言面積比較小。在此區域內，發掘出大量的陶片、動物骨骼等文化遺物，而且其中的陶器絕大部分都是碎的，這可能和祭祀活動有關。

　　研究刻畫符號的專家們做出了這樣的結論-雙墩的刻畫符號與西安半坡、臨潼姜寨、宜昌楊家灣、秭歸柳林溪、青海柳灣以及大汶口、良渚等其他新石器時代遺址的刻畫符號相比，有一定相似之處，但也有自身明顯特征。這類刻畫符號在定遠侯家寨遺址也有發現，表明它是一定地域范圍氏族群落之間表達特定含義的記錄符號。雙墩遺址距今7000年左右，陶塑紋面人頭像，被定為國家一級文物。

　　雙墩遺址發掘大面積密集出土的文物、特殊分布樣式以及其中蘊含的文化內涵，在國內同時期文化遺址中堪稱絕無僅有。已確定遺址北部與祭祀活動有關。

　　雙墩遺址二次發掘，將為探索淮河流域古代文明的起源，了解淮河流域文明和黃河、長江流域文明的關系提供全新的佐證。
