　　In the future, if the steel floating price will change no more than ±5%, the quotation is no change; if the steel floating price will change more than ±5%, the price be fixed by through negotiation by both sides. The table below list the steel price now.

　　附1：如果賣方國內市場鋼材價格浮動小于或等于±5%，以上產品價格不作變動；如果鋼材價格浮動大于±5%，由買賣雙方協商價格變動幅度。以下列出所用主要鋼材現行價格：

　　dea.遲交貨和罰金：如果賣方未能按合同規定及時交貨(除了本通用版合同5條款所言的不可抗力)，買方同意在賣方付罰金的前提下遲交貨。罰金的金額不超過遲交貨的合同貨物部分的價值的5%，罰金按每____日0.5%計算，少于____日的增加天數按____日計。如果賣方未能于合同規定的交貨期之后的十周內發運，買方有權取消該合同，除此之外，賣方仍要將有關罰金不加拖延地付給買方。1
