　　2.組織紀(jì)律性差。在日常生活中個(gè)人自由主義過(guò)強(qiáng)，造成自己對(duì)團(tuán)委工作也存在著漫不經(jīng)心的態(tài)度，總有“差不多就好”、“應(yīng)該可以”等得過(guò)且過(guò)的思想，這種態(tài)度和思想不僅不利于我自身的.成長(zhǎng)，還給市團(tuán)委工作帶來(lái)了許多不必要的困擾，對(duì)此我再一次道歉。
