　　有時候我往往看著題目前面就順手把后面的問題寫上了，但是卻錯了很多。這也許也和答題技巧有關系。總之，通過以后的練習，我一定要在考試的過程之中認真審題，自習讀題，把題目看準、看好。時間允許的時候要多檢查幾遍，絕對不允許自己再犯類似于這樣的無謂的錯誤。

　　我的這一行為，對不起，對不起，如果自己平時能像其他同學一樣，向骨干、班干部多學習，對自己要求嚴格，對自身提高標準，想必就不會犯下此類嚴重錯誤。

　　不足與建議：少數老師教學目標分析不到位，缺少教材分析，教學重點難點不突出，檢查后由教研組長督促其進行修改和完善后再上交。

　　二、教案檢查情況

　　本月教案檢查的側重點是二次備課，教研組全面檢查了各學科的教案，整體情況良好。大部分教師能分課時備課，做到教案環節完整，教學目標明確，重點難點突出，教學準備充分，教學過程詳細，能及時進行二次備課，認真撰寫教學后記。其中譚艷、李艷艷、葉惠清、廖芳、易彥、譚瑩、廖晶、譚玲教學后記超過10篇，楊聲華、張禁輝老師二次備課、課后記詳細。

　　教師們能按上級文件精神，做到作業量適中，能按要求及時批閱，督促學生及時更正。同年級教師能共同商討作業的布置，注重作業的實效性。數學組教師作業注重了作業的搭配，形式多樣，值得推廣。語文組的作文有眉批，有尾批，批閱認真細致。英語組注重學生聽寫能力的培養，作業量充足。

　　存在的問題及建議：少數教師的作業次數還應跟進，應進一步加強書寫的工整性。三年級數學代課教師的作業格式有待提高和改進。
