　　First of all, the population in the world is growing day by day, but theresource is less and less. Some places are lack of resource, which is a commonphenomenon. So, to alive, people have to work hard to get enough resource forthemselves. In addition, as people pay a lot of attention on education, nowadaysmost of them are well-educated with great knowledge. Of course, theircompetition is more and more fierce. Last, with the development of technology,the industry has greatly improved our working efficiency. 　　打從第一節課開始，您給我的感覺就是，有幽默感，能夠活躍課堂上的氣氛。讓我們學起課文來，有一種感興趣的感覺。我覺的，我們真的需要這樣的老師，因為一旦老師說話同學們愛聽，那樣，學起課文來也就容易多了。

　　另外，您布置的作業量也不大，有了充足的時間給我們預習和及時復習功課，同時，對我們的睡眠也有了很好的保障。上課時，您提出的問題既有簡單也有復雜的，這樣一來，我們都會積極主動的去思考問題，在不自不覺中就培養了我們思考問題好習慣。我想，如果課堂允許我們互相討論問題，也許效果會更好的。

　　此外，我覺得，您舉辦的那個“三分鐘演講”雖然很好，但是一次只能是一個人，很多同學沒有機會參加，也許再過一天，甚至是一個星期才會叫到別人，那樣很令別人著急。我覺得，老師您應該每節課出一個話題(當然我們也可以提建議)，讓我們每一位同學按座位順序接火車發表自己的看法(每人限說一句)，那樣的話，每次可多6到7個同學能夠展示自己的風采。

　　當然，這只是我的一個小小的建議，采納不采納就看老師您了，不過我希望能得到認可。
