　　大家好！

　　首先，自我介紹一下自己的基本情況：，現年xx歲，本科學歷。

　　今天來參加采購部采購經理的面試，能站在這演講臺前展示自己、推銷自己，除了認為自己有這個能力之外，還要感謝公司有這么一個全新的、充滿生機與活力的用人機制。

　　面試經理這個職位，我認為自己具有以下幾個方面的有利條件：

　　1、有良好的思想品德修養：我為人處事的原則是：踏實做人，認真工作，開心生活。自己較注重個人品德素質的`培養，平時尊重領導，團結同事，工作負責，辦事科學，自尊、自愛，不計較個人得失，對工作、對同事有信心和愛心。

　　2、有較好的專業基礎：我所學的是機械制造和地質工程專業，并在礦山一線工作八年，對礦山設備和礦山生產工藝很熟悉；在鋼鐵企業和化工企業做是設備管理工作五年，對管理工作也積累了一定的工作經驗。在礦山從事的工作是選廠備品備件編制月計劃和年計劃，并對備件計劃的實施、備件的使用進行跟蹤。隨時掌握備件的消耗及庫存。在其它單位工作中曾經參加過采購業務，對設備、備件、材料的價格很了解。

　　第二、認真貫徹執行國家和公司有關物資采購方針、政策、法規和規章制度，并不斷的完善和加強。規范采購流程，讓物資采購規范化、流程化、標準化，同時加強數據管理和整理，讓采購業務更易操作、控制、管理和跟蹤，有效的提高工作效率。

　　第三、熟悉和掌握采購各類物資的名稱、型號、規格、單價、用途和產地。檢查購進物資是否符合質量要求，對物資采購和質量負全面責任。同時建立完善的物資信息檔案。

　　第四、不斷開辟建立新的物資供應渠道，尋找物美價廉并及時的物資和服務。在供應商的競爭性投標中，提高供貨和服務質量，減少采購費用，節省開支，降低成本，獲得充分的物資供應，努力滿足生產實際需要和成本效益的要求。

　　第五、在現有的供應商中選擇更優的供應商，按物資分類推行年度采購計劃，提高采購效率，降低采購成本。同時積極開發新的、更有實力的供應商，在提高質量、服務和效率上，同老供應商平臺競爭，做到真正解決物資采購提效和降本的矛盾。

　　第六、定期向公司匯報本部門月、季、年統計工作，并提出合理化的建議。積極按使用部門的年、月、季的計劃進行及時采購，并積極組織落實跟蹤。并根據實時情況對使用單位提出合理化建議，提高采購的精確性。

　　第七、出口采購工作由于和出口、國際貨運緊密結合的特性，根據出口貿易相關細則和出口退稅的要求，所有出口相關單證都必須單單相符，在各流程點都要求前后相互呼應，一個細節點照顧不到就會給后續工作造成麻煩甚至造成經濟上的損失，一點錯而步步錯，從而影響工作效率及公司利潤的減損。同時，由于出口工作所需要花費的時間較多，從計劃申報到貨至使用現場所需要的時間也相對而長；又受到監管倉庫、海關、商檢、口岸等國家政策、過貨能力、開閉關時間、查驗要求，路況、氣候、國外政治環境等限制，從而造成情況比較靈活多變。所以需要做到以下幾點：謹慎細心，周全考慮；大局觀念；務實、客觀、實際、理性的思考；思維靈活的處理問題。在采購上供、需配合，在內需要采、運配合。只有合理的配合，才能順利的完成任務。
