　　要在他們彼此不認識的情況下介紹。我當介紹人，我介紹雙方認識的時候，我得先考慮他們彼此是否認識，當然這在實際操作中會有一定的暗示，環境和人為的要求啟示你有必要向他們對方做彼此自我介紹。

　　要關注其先后順序。具體操作時，你要注意次序問題。就是把誰介紹給誰。按照社交禮儀，標準的做法：是先介紹主人。這種介紹不分男女，不論老幼，也不看職務高低，這是一種賓主介紹。進行賓主介紹要先介紹主人，為什么呢?因為客人擁有優先知情權。換而言之，先介紹的人應該是地位低的，比如介紹男人和女人時，先介紹男士，后介紹女士。介紹晚輩和長輩時，先介紹晚輩，后介紹長輩。介紹上級和下級時，先介紹職位低的，后介紹職位高的。介紹主人和客人時，先介紹主人，后介紹客人。有時候，賓主雙方都不止一個人，那你還要注意，還是要先介紹主人，介紹主人的時候，具體應該按照職務高低排序，先介紹董事長和總經理，然后再介紹部門經理。介紹客人時，也按照職務高低排序，先介紹職務高的，后介紹地位低的。

　　不要夸耀自己的“豐功偉績”，小心在別人眼里不值一提。

　　不要篇幅較短，那會顯得你很沒有文化;也不要長編大論，那會很冗長，讓人對你沒有興趣。

　　在不同的場合要有不同的自我介紹，不要用同一種，那會顯得很分不清場合，就是老人常言的“拎不清”。

　　自我介紹切忌話多。比如說，交行二面要求每個人用三句話介紹自己，難道真的只能姓名+專業+學校了?當然要變通。像我就說：第一句話，英語好;第二句話，專業對口;第三句話，性格優勢。然后擴展稍微講幾句，效果非常好。

　　要注意邏輯和結構。有些人的自我介紹信手拈來，隨便講，天馬行空，沒有重點和結構，勢必讓人摸不著頭腦，因此要自己理出一條線，有條不紊地講。

　　語速要慢一點，注意抑揚頓挫。

　　可以說一下自己的不足，但是可以以另一種方式，比如我的處理方式，如果有時比較急躁，可以說成太急于求成;有時對于細節不肯放過而誤了大局，可以說成太過于追求完美等等。總之，處理得好就可以了。

　　團隊精神或者協調能力越來越受到用人單位青睞，因此這一層需要個人大致作出自己的態度與信念。[2]

My undergraduate program will be accomplished in Huangshan universty which is located in Zhe jiang province . Now I am trying my best for obtaining a key to chemistry and chemical engineering college of Nan jing University of technology.

I come from Luoyang，a very beautiful ancient city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in Chang'an university in July，20xx;and now，I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.

　　Generally speaking，I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When I was sophomore，I found web design very interesting，so I learned it very hard.
