既然大家都對這個人選這么關心,說明這個位置對我們軟件學院今后的發展一定很重要.因此這個位置也不是每個人都可以做的.下面請允許我談一下我的觀點.謝謝.
首先,我想讓大家明確一下,學生會是什么?我要在這里說的是,學生會不是凌駕于同學之上的一個機構,而是一個同學的幫手.可以這樣說,學生會就是在同學們最需要幫助的時候,能夠挺身而出的代表學生利益的組織!
*有一句名言說得好,一個優秀的將軍,可以勝過五十萬精兵.所以,我認為,評判一個學生會的工作是否真正的卓有成效.首先就要看這個學生會的主席是否能真正的當好這個家.這就要求學生會主席必須具有相當的能力和魄力.不過我認為其中最重要的,是學生會主席必須具有對全局事務的統籌和規劃能力.也許有的人會說,學生會要人有人,要物有物,什么都不缺,不需要什么統籌安排吧?可是,我要說,這是大錯而特錯.恰恰相反,當前學生會最需要的就是這種最優化的工作安排!難道我們因為學生會人多就可以不制訂工作計劃嗎?難道我們因為有物力多就可以胡亂花費嗎?
不能!
不知道大家想過沒有?以前有多少學生活動就是因為事先安排規劃的不恰當而導致很多管理和資源分配上的問題,有的人工作多的忙不過來,有的人卻閑的沒事做!有的被放到不合適的崗位上,而真正的有才之士卻得不到用武之地,這當然不是我們在座每一位所希望看到的結果.
因此,我將充分利用自己的工作經驗,制訂合理完善的工作計劃,對學生會的各項工作進行全局的通盤考慮和部署.為學生會的工作能夠得到最優化的安排盡自己最大的力量!
相信,學生會的各項工作一定會在合理的安排和規劃下蒸蒸日上,為軟件學院的輝煌做出自己的貢獻!
*以前可能有的同學常常抱怨:為什么我有某方面的才能怎么還是不能進入學生會?我覺得我比那些學生會干部的能力強多了怎么也不能進學生會? 以后,這種情況將會得到徹底的改善.任何有才華,有特長的同學,只要他愿意為學生會的發展貢獻自己的力量,隨時都可以提出申請加入學生會,經過學生會的審查后,便可以加入到學生會的隊伍中來.
我們將改革學生會在干部任用機制上的某些不合理的制度,我的目標是能真正做到能者上,庸者下,平時將積極發現一批有工作才能和特長的同學,并吸收其到學生會來為同學服務.隨時為學生會注入新鮮血液,以更好的為同學服務.

大家好。今天，我在這里，面對這么多注視的目光發表演講，展示自己。對我來說，既是一個考驗，又是一次難得的機會。“青春無幾，時不我待”，我要抓住這次機會，通過競選，爭取成為校學生會生活衛生部的一員。我先作一下自我介紹，我叫王振，我是07公管班的，現在班內擔任學習委員。我來競選，是因為我有以下幾方面的優勢：
1)我熱心為大家服務。在中學的學習生活中，我一直是班委成員，熱心為同學們服務，認真做班級工作，得到同學們的認可。在大學，我還憑著一腔熱情和服務大家的心態，成功入選班委，為了能更好的服務同學，我才站這里去爭取!

如果我能當選，在以后的工作中，我將以我的處事風格做好以下幾方面的工作：

第二，加強同本地高校、各分學院學生會以及其他學生組織的交流。各學生組織齊心協力、集思廣益，充分調動各方面優勢，共同成為活動的組織者，使活動有更廣泛的參與。
第三，加強校學生會對院學生會的管理。各分學院學生會有很多的活動上重復。解決這個現狀，就應當各分學生會的工作統一收集、進行有計劃的管理和指導，這樣就使得資源能夠在最大程度上配置、時間能夠更加節約，讓我們有更多的經歷放在其他重要活動上。與此同時也應當鼓勵各學院根據自己學院的特色主推一些傳統的品牌活動。
第四，要走出去、引進來。加強同青島地區企業的聯系。無論是我們的想要在大學期間鍛煉能力、獲取經驗，還是想在今后的就業上更有優勢，我覺得同青島地區的企業開展更加密切的合作是很有必要也有意義的。試想一下我們有獎學金，但為什么我們不能將與學校毗鄰的X、Y等一批世界知名的企業拉起來，創立“X獎學金”、“Y杯”呢?
