　　非常感謝集團(tuán)公司和酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)參加今天的酒店餐飲部領(lǐng)班的職位競(jìng)聘，這對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，是機(jī)遇，更是挑戰(zhàn)。我將非常珍惜這次展示自已、鍛煉自已的難得機(jī)會(huì)。同時(shí)我也將勇敢地接受大家的評(píng)判.我叫___，今年歲，年月我加入酒店這個(gè)人才濟(jì)濟(jì)、團(tuán)結(jié)奮進(jìn)的大家庭，在酒店一線崗位上工作了6年，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心指導(dǎo)和同事們的支持幫助下，我有幸學(xué)到了不少東西，我曾多次獲得酒店的(自己獲得的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng))等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，因表現(xiàn)突出，年，被外派到南方酒店做管理，并獲得了外派學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。這系列經(jīng)歷使我取得了很大的進(jìn)步，在此向大家向在座的諸位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示真摯的感謝!正是你們的支持和厚愛(ài)，才使我有信心走上這個(gè)競(jìng)選的舞臺(tái)。6年的酒店工作經(jīng)歷，使我對(duì)酒店服務(wù)行業(yè)有了較為深刻的理解，特別對(duì)餐飲部工作有了較為全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。多年的一線工作經(jīng)歷，養(yǎng)成了我嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致的工作作風(fēng)，也造就了我敢于面對(duì)困難的堅(jiān)毅品格。而豐富的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，扎實(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)能力和認(rèn)真細(xì)心的工作作風(fēng)使我贏得了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及眾多客人的信任和尊重。我相信這些經(jīng)歷會(huì)在今后的工作中對(duì)我有很大的幫助，要想成為一名合格的餐飲部領(lǐng)班，它不僅要有一定的專(zhuān)業(yè)水平、綜合素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)，還要有良好的人際溝通能力，盡管我有很多的不足之處，但是我會(huì)不斷加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)，在工作中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。假如這次我能榮幸競(jìng)聘成功，我的工作計(jì)劃和設(shè)想是：

　　一、當(dāng)好“協(xié)助員”。協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好主管的助手，帶領(lǐng)本班人員按質(zhì)按量完成上級(jí)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。

　　二、當(dāng)好“服務(wù)員”。餐飲部的領(lǐng)班，除了為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們服務(wù)，更重要的是為顧客服務(wù)，提升餐飲部的接待能力.當(dāng)好“協(xié)調(diào)員”。餐飲部工作分工細(xì)，環(huán)節(jié)多，一項(xiàng)工作的完成有賴(lài)于各部門(mén)之間的協(xié)調(diào)合作。餐飲部領(lǐng)班就是這個(gè)“協(xié)調(diào)員”。一是與廚房做好溝通聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)酒店服務(wù)與廚房之間的聯(lián)系，調(diào)解進(jìn)餐中各種矛盾和糾紛。二是做好與服務(wù)員的溝通聯(lián)系，充分發(fā)揮一個(gè)集體，一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的重要因素。

　　三、是做好與顧客的溝通聯(lián)系，認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取顧客意見(jiàn)，不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)工作，

　　四、當(dāng)好“管理員”。酒店現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理是首要工作。首先注重企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵，與其說(shuō)客人到酒店是去住宿、吃飯，還不如說(shuō)去尋求一種精神上的享受。所以在管理過(guò)程中注入更多的情感要素，并通過(guò)“身教”強(qiáng)化管理效果。我想，當(dāng)好管理員，首先應(yīng)管理好自己，只有這樣，才會(huì)樹(shù)立堅(jiān)定的工作信念，形成良好的工作風(fēng)格，同時(shí)，也才會(huì)更好地有利于自身的成長(zhǎng)。作為這次競(jìng)聘的積極參與者，我渴望在競(jìng)聘中成功，是我絕不會(huì)回避失敗，不管最后結(jié)果如何，我都將“堂堂正正做人，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做事”。

　　My name is . I'm (years old). I was born at Shaanxi Province. I'm very proud of being here to meet you. Then I will introduce myself brifely. I graduated from Repast Administration Department，Xi'an Foreign Affairs College. During the past 二 years I got many basic professional knowledge. I like singing，drawing(painting).
