However,I'm still working for the initial salary on which we agreed two years ago. As I recall,we also agreed to renegotiate my salary in two years based on my accomplishments,and that time has come. In light of my accomplishments and as per our agreement,I'm respectfully requesting an immediate pay rise of six percent,to be followed in six months by a performance-based pay rise of an additional three percent. I strongly feel that I've earned the immediate pay raise and I'm confident that I will also earn the six-month raise based on my performance. But I'm willing to negotiate,as per our agreement. 我叫鄭術兵，20__年畢業(yè)于內(nèi)江師范學院中文系，并取得本科學歷及文學學士學位。同年9月到四川省檔案學校任教，20__年通過省屬事業(yè)單位公招考試正式進入檔案校，20__年6月1日被認定為專業(yè)技術崗位十二級，現(xiàn)已滿兩年，特向?qū)W校提出申請應聘十一級崗位。
一、教學工作
任職兩年來，我時刻認真學習、貫徹、落實黨的各項教育教學方針政策，積極參加政治理論學習，努力提高自己的思想政治水平。每年積極參加學校組織的各項培訓活動，努力提高自己的業(yè)務水平。工作中虛心向領導、前輩學習，和同事有好相處，認真按時完成學校交辦的各項任務。兩年來，在教學工作中長期擔任《應用寫作》課程的教學工作，20__—20__學年上期，我擔任了高職08級1班的《文秘寫作》及高職08級2班、中專10級1班、中專10級3班的《應用工作》。下期我擔任了高職08級1班的《文秘寫作》及高職08級2班、中專10級5班、中專10級6班的《應用工作》，全年教學課時600個。20__-20__學年度上期擔任了中專11級6班、中專11級7班的《語文》教學，下期擔任了高職20__級1班《文秘寫作》、高職20__級2班《應用寫作》教學工作，全年300個課時，兩年來的教學平均課時為450個。
教學過程中我課前認真?zhèn)浜谜n，認真鉆研教材，對教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句話、每個字都弄清楚，了解教材的結(jié)構(gòu)，重點與難點，掌握知識的邏輯，能運用 ，知道應補充哪些資料，怎樣才能教好。了解學生學生的興趣、需要、方法、習慣、學習
新知識會有哪些困難，采取相應的預防措施。考慮教法，解決如何把已掌握的教材傳授給學生，包括如何組織教材、如何安排每節(jié)課的活動。其次，認真上好每一節(jié)課，組織好課堂教學，關注全體學生，注意信息反饋，調(diào)動學生的有意注意，使其保持相對穩(wěn)定性。同時，想方設法創(chuàng)設教學情景，激發(fā)學生的興趣和情感，活躍課堂氣氛，使學生輕輕松松地學語文。課堂上講練結(jié)合，提問面向全體學生，采用自主回答問題的方式，誰想回答問題的就自己站起來回答，不用舉手。為了訓練學生的口語表達及寫作能力，我安排了許多情景練習，如：模擬公文寫作、公文改錯。課后主動找學生了解他們的實際情況，把他們的反饋信息放到教學中來。做到按照學生的需求來開展教學。認真批改作業(yè)布臵作業(yè)做到結(jié)合當前的實際生活。有針對性，有層次性。為了做到這點，我常常到學校圖書館、閱覽室去搜集資料，對各種輔助資料進行篩選，力求每一次練習都起到最大的效果。同時對學生的作業(yè)批改及時、認真，分析并記錄學生的作業(yè)情況，將他們在作業(yè)過程出現(xiàn)的問題作出分類總結(jié)，進行透切的評講，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。
二、班主任工作
任職期間我一直擔任高職20__級1班的班主任工作，對于班主任工作我一直嚴格按照學校的各項管理規(guī)章制度來要求學生，并秉承“德高為師，身正為范”的教育理念，在工作中要求學生做到的自己首先做到，做好學生們?nèi)松念I路人。兩年來，我班在學校各項活動中表現(xiàn)突出，連續(xù)兩年獲得了春季田徑運動會團體比賽第一名的成績，獲得過“先進團支部”稱號兩次，全班的學風良好，得到了學校師生的認同。
三、管理工作
20__年7月，我還競聘了學校保衛(wèi)科副科長一職，在學校領導、老師們關心和幫助下，我競聘成功。擔任保衛(wèi)科副科長一職以來，我始終牢記“安全工作無小事”，在工作中認真對待每一
件事情，從未有過絲毫的疏忽和大意。我雖然年齡小、經(jīng)驗不足，但我有旺盛的工作激情，任職不敢說自己干出了多大的成績，至少學校的安全穩(wěn)定工作一直是有條不紊的開展著，今后我還將努力工作，為學校的發(fā)展貢獻做出自己應盡的職責。
四、科研工作
在平時的教育教學工作中，我認真總結(jié)體會，不斷的學習充實自己，撰寫各種學術論文。在20__年有幸參編了中職中專文秘類專業(yè)規(guī)劃教材《會議組織與服務》(主編：童以鴻、石含洲)一書中的第九單元，并由科學出版社于20__年9月出版發(fā)行。
綜上所述，我任職專業(yè)技術崗位十二級以來，工作是踏實認真的，履職是合格的，完全符合晉升職稱的各項條件，特提出晉升專業(yè)技術崗位十一級申請，請批準!
