　　secondly, vigorously promotes the service quality. this year, i in metro enterprise registration examiners, approve of the exam as an opportunity to organize a global 58 comrades to participate in the exam, take a combination of concentrated training and off-job self-study, system has studied the company law, the provisional regulations on the registration administration of enterprise legal person, the partnership enterprise law, the sole proprietorship enterprise law, the provisional regulations of urban and rural individual businesses and the administrative permit law, as well as the city bureau of * city enterprise registration work ethic, "* city is individual and industrial and commercial door registration work specification", the enterprise name approval * city rules and other laws and regulations, so that our registration staff more comprehensive knowledge of business registration, registration work system, enhancing the consciousness of rule of law. also smoothly passed the city bureau of qualification examination, there are 17 reference of 58 comrade qualification enterprise registration approval, there are 41 enterprises registered inspector qualification. according to the actual situation of our enterprise registration, in comrade appointment on august 1, 2 for approval, for the inspector appointed nine comrades. over the past year, the new enterprise registration 229 households; new deal with individual industrial and commercial households 763 households.

　　日月如梭、時光飛逝，轉眼間又到了新的一年，回顧這一年的工作歷程，我在局黨組的領導下，在全局同志的鼎力支持和配合下，按照各級組織的工作思路、目標、任務，立足本職，勤奮努力、拼搏向上，積極展開工作，圓滿完成了自己所負責分管的各項工作任務。以下是我的述職報告：

　　尊敬的各位領導、同志們：大家好!

　　日月如梭、時光飛逝，轉眼間又到了新的一年，回顧這一年的工作歷程，我在局黨組的領導下，在全局同志的鼎力支持和配合下，按照各級組織的工作思路、目標、任務，立足本職，勤奮努力、拼搏向上，積極展開工作，圓滿完成了自己所負責分管的各項工作任務。在辭舊迎新之際，就我分管的注冊登記、企業個體監督管理工作向各位領導和同志們作以下述職：

　　一、增強素質，提高修養，完善自我

　　為了適應新形勢下工商工作需要，一年來，始終把學習放在重要位置，努力在提高自身綜合素質上下功夫。在政治學習方面，通過學習鄧小平理論及“三個代表”重要思想，尤其是學習“十六”大精神，進一步增強了黨性，提高了自己政治洞察力，牢固樹立了全心全意為人民服務的宗旨和正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀;在業務學習方面，繁忙工作之余，能擠出時間自學，系統地學習社會主義市場經濟、領導科學、系列法規及環境保護、網絡文化、安全生產等分管科室的業務知識，學中干，干中學，不斷更新知識結構，拓寬知識層面，提高理論層次，增強自身領導的才能。同時，抽出時間到基層工商所了解布置的工作與實際中存在的問題，找出解決的辦法，為以后工作的順利開展奠定了基礎。

　　二、立足本職，勤奮努力，做好主角

　　在領導班子中，一把手唱主角，副職唱配角。但在分管的工作上，副職更要立足本職，恪盡職守，做好分管工作的主角，這才能唱好全局工作的整臺戲。一年來，我在局黨組和局長的領導下，在同志們的大力支持和配合下，真抓實干、克難奮進、開拓創新，充分發揮決策、指揮、協調的優勢和能力，帶領分管科室的同志們圓滿、全面地完成了各項工作任務。 一是狠抓思想政治工作。要求企業登記、監督管理工作的同志嚴格執行上級有關規定，廉潔執法，按規定收取各種規費。同時，積極參加縣局創建百佳文明單位活動，響應團縣委的號召，捐學費和學習用具資助璧城街道辦事處牛角灣社區的柯麗同學就學，通過深化“青年文明號”的創建工作，增強了同志們的服務意識和責任心，促進了同志之間的團結，凝聚了人心，激發了爭先創優的工作熱情。同志們為完成縣局的企業信用數據錄入工作，在保證正常上下班工作秩序的前提下，利用上班、中午、晚上和星期(六)天休息時間，錄入完了xx年1月1日以來各類企業的設立、變更、注銷、吊銷登記信息，計3660戶。從而保證了縣局信用錄入工作的順利完成，得到了市局信用辦的肯定。

　　二是狠抓業務素質。今年，我以市局的企業登記審查員、核準員的資格考試為契機，組織全局58名同志參加資格考試，采取集中培訓與脫產自學相結合的方式，系統的學習了《公司法》、《企業法人登記管理暫行條例》、《合伙企業法》、《個人獨資企業法》、《城鄉個體工商戶暫行條例》和《行政許可法》，以及市局制定的《*市企業注冊登記工作規范》、《*市個體工商戶注冊登記工作規范》、《*市企業名稱核準規則》等法律法規，從而使我們的登記人員更加全面的掌握登記業務知識，明確登記的工作制度，增強了法制意識。也順利的通過了市局的資格考試，參考的58名同志有17名取得企業登記核準員資格，有41名取得企業登記審查員資格。根據我局企業登記的實際情況，于xx年8月1日聘任2名同志為核準員、聘任9名同志為審查員。一年來，新辦理企業登記229戶;新辦理個體工商戶763戶。
