海河綠地圖繪制活動策劃書

　　方案摘要：

　　海河是我國七大江河之一，流域面積26.5萬平方公里，它不是一條流經狂野或崇山峻嶺的河流，而是一條橫穿上千萬人口大城市的河流。海河干流是子牙、大清、南運、北運、永定河5大水系的入海通道，同時兼有排澇、蓄水、供水、航運、旅游和環境保護等綜合功能。

　　海河可說是天津人的母親河，也是天津的象征。海河起于天津市西部的金剛橋，東至大沽口入海，全長70多公里，橫貫天津鬧市。天津人日常生活閑逛的地方，都離不開海河兩岸。而今已形成以海河為風景軸線，以津河、衛津河、月牙河、北運河，和平路商業街，鼓樓商貿街，異國風貌五大道為輔的市中心旅游區。

　　haihe river is the mother river of tianjin and is also a symbol of tianjin. haihe river in tianjin from the western part of the bridge king kong, ta east to the mouth into the sea, more than 70 kilometers in length. trans downtown tianjin, tianjin daily life around, the two sides can not be separated from the haihe river. the exercises had been formed for the haihe river scenic axis to jin ha, jin wei river, yueya he, north canal, the king street, drum tower street trade, foreign road, supplemented by five major features of the downtown tourist area.

　　第一部分 活動背景介紹

　　地圖是人類認識自然和我們生存的地球的最古老的工具之一。現代“綠地圖”則是美國紐約green map system于1991年首創的志愿者活動。他們敏銳獨到的眼光觀察自己熟悉的社區，采用全球統一標識，將“綠色”信息標注在富有創意和個性的地圖上。借助這種方式，可以反映出公眾“建設宜居城市”的期盼和對不同的消費選擇，對政府和商家也是一種引導。過去人們只有靠房地產商的廣告來買房子，如果有了綠地圖，就可以根據這張地圖來判斷周邊地區的生態環境狀況，進行分析實際情況來有效判斷。

　　這次綠地圖繪制由天津高校環保聯盟組織發起，以天津母親河——海河為主題，通過這樣的綠地圖繪制分析，即有助于提高大學生對天津地區環保現狀的進一步了解，又可以幫助初次來到天津的友人盡快了解天津人文地理，達到對天津的宣傳作用。

　　1、地圖概念

　　綠地圖（green map system）是在紐約成立的一家非營利組織，其工作內容主要致力于聯合世界各國的人們，以繪制綠色地圖（green map）的方式，幫助大家認識和描繪本地區的人文和生態環境。
