這一周即將過去了，所有的疑問都迎刃而解了。迎接我的是一個已經(jīng)有7年教齡的黃雯君老師，一個也是有8年教齡的毛淑琳老師，還有一個也是七年教齡的程老師和中班的24個可愛的小寶貝們。程妃老師是園區(qū)負責人，一個星期帶2個半天的班，黃老師是教務主任，一個星期帶3個半天的班，黃老師就負責帶5個半天的班。黃雯君老師是一個積極向上的人，很關注自己的專業(yè)成長，黃老師這學期正想研究結構游戲，恰巧我的畢業(yè)論文也是結構游戲，所以我們就相遇了。黃老師比較注重與幼兒之間的對話，她一直在琢磨這個問題，并且也在著手收集相關的材料，使自己做得更好。我覺得我真的很慶幸能夠遇到工作這么多年，對幼兒教育還保持高度敏感性的成長型教師，同時黃老師提出的這個點也引起了我的思考，至少我跟幼兒對話的時候，我會在意識層面時刻考慮自己的說出去的話會對幼兒產(chǎn)生的影響。在第一天里，黃老師就給我布置任務了，讓我規(guī)劃好這三個月實習要完成的實習計劃，并就計劃可行性進行探討，這個實習就不會盲目，同時她也能在了解計劃的基礎上，更加積極的配合我，我打心里感謝她!我們還就跟我論文息息相關的問題—幼兒從小班過渡到中班，進行主題建構游戲時，教師指導方面應該做些什么，我們兩個人一起找資料，然后第二天再一起進行了討論，并得到了一個比較滿意的答案。與黃老師的交流，讓我有一種相見恨晚的感覺，更加是有一種知己的感覺。毛淑琳老師是一個特別嚴謹細心的人，她的職業(yè)幸福感很強，她覺得其實當一個幼兒園老師挺幸福的，如果自己做家庭主婦會感到更加的無聊，并且你跟孩子親，孩子也會跟你親的。我覺得能遇到工作了8年，能保持職業(yè)幸福感也是一件了不起的事。毛老師更加注重幼兒行為習慣的培養(yǎng)，在帶班方面，有自己常年摸索的一套方法，毛老師說她從小班就開始一直在致力于幼兒的良好習慣培養(yǎng)，她覺得上幼兒園更好的是讓幼兒能夠形成良好的習慣。作為一個實習老師，幼兒可能會覺得我呆不長時間又走了，他們在某種程度欺負實習老師。在我到班上的第一天對我的態(tài)度，毛老師就將我隆重的介紹給幼兒，并且在各個方面都幫助我樹立威信。在第一天中，我認識了最快吃完飯的十名幼兒，幼兒覺得能讓新老師認識是一件非常自豪的事，其他幼兒也會偷偷的把他們的名字告訴我，第二天我就認識了所有幼兒的名字。程老師是我們學校06年畢業(yè)的本科生，她是幼兒園已經(jīng)是園區(qū)負責人，程老師也比較忙，在班級的時間也比較少，但是程老師在集體教學是一把手，有很多值得我學習的地方。
第一個星期過去了，我在班級也慢慢的適應了，老師在集體教學的時候，我認真聽課及時做筆記，在游戲的時候我也在跟幼兒一起做游戲。第一天在離園的時候有2個幼兒跟我說再見，我可開心了，第二天就有7、8個幼兒在離園的時候我說再見，到了第四天基本所有的幼兒就會跟我說再見，這真是一個令人欣喜的一件事情啊!

今天，媽媽不在家。我決心趁此機會幫媽媽分擔一些家務，就在家里掃起地來。
我先從家門口掃起，掃到廚房，把每個角落都掃得干干凈凈，然后我把掃在一塊的垃圾鏟進垃圾桶，最后把垃圾倒在外面的垃圾箱里。做完這些事之后，我感到有一點腰酸背疼的，我心里想：做家務還挺不容易呢。
我活動了一下手腳，就聽到媽媽在門外叫我。我給媽媽打開門，媽媽一進門，看見地面特別干凈，露出驚訝的神色。我問媽媽：我掃的地干不干凈？媽媽笑著說：你真是個愛勞動的好孩子！我開心地笑了。
