　　三、努力做一個學習型、科研型的新型教師要想做一名優秀的教師，必須是一名愛學習、肯鉆研，并且是善于高教科研的教師。做一名學習型、科研型的新型教師一直是我追求的目標。也正是這一目標，激勵著我在工作中不斷學習、不斷反思、不斷研究。
