三、努力做一個學習型、科研型的新型教師要想做一名優秀的教師,必須是一名愛學習、肯鉆研,并且是善于高教科研的教師。做一名學習型、科研型的新型教師一直是我追求的目標。也正是這一目標,激勵著我在工作中不斷學習、不斷反思、不斷研究。
就專業知識而言,我酷愛學習英語。英語一直是我喜愛的學科,每當我學習英語的時候,我會感到興奮,感到余味無窮。我常常把我學習英語的感受告訴我的學生,鼓勵他們熱愛英語,激發他們對英語的學習興趣。有時我還把我學習的內容,比如新聞、歷史人物等拿到課堂上和我的學生一同欣賞,有時干脆用作教學的素材、練習的題目。通過不斷的學習,我的專業知識不斷提升,課堂教學也緊跟時代步伐。每每有外出學習的機會,我都爭取參加,我曾多次到鄭州、北京等地參加培訓。每次學習,我都成績優異,其中20xx年參加油田組織的由外教老師授課的暑期英語培訓班,我以平均96分的優異成績,奪得第一名。
