　　我叫，畢業(yè)于衛(wèi)校，專業(yè)學習護理。非常榮幸有機會站在這里進行應聘自我介紹。

　　雖然我的學習成績不是非常好，但我卻在學習的過程中收獲了很多。首先是我端正了學習態(tài)度。在我考進衛(wèi)校時，本來想解放一下自己的，但是很快我就明白了，衛(wèi)校的學習是更需要努力認真的。看到周圍的同學們拼命的學習，開始了衛(wèi)校的學習旅程，覺得自己落后了。衛(wèi)校的學習不象初中那樣是填鴨式的，而是老師把課講完，然后自己去看，去理解。這個時候自習能力和自制能力是很重要的。長期自習以來我知道了要想學好只埋頭苦學是不行的，要學會“方法”，做事情的方法。古人云：“授之以魚不如授之以漁”我來這里的目的就是要學會“漁”，做什么都勤于思考，遇到不懂的地方能勤于請教。在學習時，以“獨立思考”作為自己的座右銘，時刻不忘警戒。在學習知識這段時間里，我更與老師建立了濃厚的師生情誼。老師們的諄諄教導，使我體會了學習的樂趣。我與身邊許多同學，也建立了良好的學習關系，互幫互助，克服難關。

　　學習護理單有理論是不行的，還要有良好的護理技術。所以在上實踐課的時候我都會爭取機會多操作幾次，加上衛(wèi)校本來就少學生可給學生用的空間可不少。所以我可以再趁放學時間多練習一下。

　　在衛(wèi)校的第三年是我們到醫(yī)院實習的時間，基本上一年都是待在醫(yī)院里學習。再這里我熟練我的護理操作技術，把理論和實踐結(jié)合在一起，在帶教老師的指導下用我全副的耐心和愛心護理病人，使病人得到良好的照顧，早日康復。到醫(yī)院實習認識到許多也是學習護理的同學，也就增加了與其他同學交流和向其學習的機會，鍛煉了自己的交際能力，學到別人的長處，認清自己的短處。所以我喜歡實習。雖然有時會感到累些，但樂此不彼。

　　我個人認為自己的缺點就是喜歡一心兩用甚至多用。急功近利，喜歡一口氣學許多東西，但是貪多嚼不爛，即使最后都能學會，也已經(jīng)搞得自己很疲勞。如今想想，這樣其實并不好，正所謂，貴在精而不在廣。如果我一段時期內(nèi)專注于一種學問，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握這門知識。自從我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己有這個缺點和問題后，我常常警戒自己，步入社會后也不能一心兩用。

　　通過三年的衛(wèi)校生活，我學到了很多知識，更重要的是掌握了護理操作技術。思想變成熟了許多，性格更堅毅了。認識了許多同學和老師，建立起友誼，并在與他們的交往中提升了自身素質(zhì)，認清了自身的一些短處并盡力改正。
