您知道，我是只身一人出來工作的，看著孩子們每天由爸爸媽媽來接送，心里感觸頗多。想來自己這兩年只有過春節(jié)才回家，每次媽媽總是含淚送我上車，電話里頭老是念叨什么時(shí)候回家看看。盡管他們沒說什么，但我知道他們還是希望我能呆在離家近些的地方，不至于每年才見一兩次面。畢竟父母年歲已高，實(shí)在不忍心看他們?yōu)樵谕夤ぷ鞯奈覔?dān)心，這也是我提出辭職的原因之一，想回家鄉(xiāng)那邊找找適合自己的工作。
其次就是個(gè)人原因。發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著自己年齡的增長(zhǎng)，越來越?jīng)]有耐心。有時(shí)孩子們過于吵鬧，我又無法管好他們，打不得也罵不得，有時(shí)跟他們講道理，可以幾歲的小孩子哪聽得進(jìn)呢。
于是只能自己一個(gè)人生悶氣。這讓我很有挫敗感。所以一直在想也許是這份工作做久了，心里有了排斥感。盡管很喜歡小孩子，但是每天都跟他們呆在一起，什么事情都要管，說實(shí)話，很累。所以想暫時(shí)走出幼師這個(gè)職業(yè)，嘗試一下其他自己喜歡的工作。

二、學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的方法
在此，我首先把英語(yǔ)書的各個(gè)部分以及要求說明一下。習(xí)英語(yǔ)離不開聽說讀寫四個(gè)方面。聽，上課聽老師，回家聽錄音。每次作業(yè)我基本上都會(huì)布置聽錄音跟讀的任務(wù)，也要求各位家長(zhǎng)簽字，請(qǐng)大家積極配合。英語(yǔ)課一個(gè)星期才3節(jié)，光靠上課的時(shí)間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，我們英語(yǔ)老師每個(gè)人5個(gè)班，想要每個(gè)學(xué)生去檢查去督促顯然是不可能的，所以還請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合。說，在小學(xué)階段還是有一定的難度的。所以小學(xué)階段主要強(qiáng)調(diào)背誦，背的多了，英語(yǔ)自然會(huì)脫口而出的。我布置背誦的作業(yè)，也請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合，我在課堂上也會(huì)進(jìn)行全班背誦、分組背誦以及個(gè)別背誦的.方式檢查。讀，在小學(xué)階段我認(rèn)為是最重要的。多聽多讀，英語(yǔ)才能學(xué)好。每天不管有沒有英語(yǔ)課，都應(yīng)該讓自己的子女堅(jiān)持每天讀15至30分鐘的英語(yǔ)。寫，課本里要求書寫的單詞句子要掌握。
