　　Second is my working experience, from 20xx to 20xx I was working as a trading assistant for an Indian purchasing office in shanghai. 　　我xx年xx月畢業于師范專科學校。畢業后分配到二十中學參加工作，一直從事英語教學工作，1995年12月晉升為中學一級教師。在平凡的工作崗位上，為油田二十中的發展，我一直默默奉獻著自己的青春和智慧。

　　一、愛崗敬業，樂于無私貢獻。

　　我熱愛自己的教學工作。走上工作崗位已經23個年頭，在這平凡的23個春秋中，每當我走上講臺，望著一張張稚嫩的笑臉，渾身便煥發出一種無窮的力量，忘記了工作的辛苦，忘記了生活中的煩惱，因為我熱愛這些活潑可愛的孩子們。課堂上，我精心講解，解答學生一個個疑惑，課堂下，我耐心輔導每一個學生，學生的作業我認真批改，還時常寫上幾句鼓勵的話語。我之所以這樣做，是因為我感到作為一名教師的光榮，更認識到作為一名教師責任的重大。因此，在工作中，我精心準備每一節課，我在每次上課前都反復研究教材，我還不斷了解學生的學習狀況，經常詢問學生那些地方是薄弱環節，需要重點講解，我總是想方設法上好每一節課，力爭教好每一個學生，決不放棄一個學生，爭取使每一個學生在課堂上都能有所收獲，有所提高。英語老師課時多，早讀多，晚自習也多，早晨七點鐘以前要趕到學校，晚自習后將近十點鐘才能回家。當英語老師確實很辛苦，但是工作中，我兢兢業業，任勞任怨，不計個人得失，一切以大局為重，以學生的學習為重，從不挑肥揀瘦。
