　　由于同學(xué)們的支持和自己的努力我很幸運(yùn)的在開學(xué)時(shí)當(dāng)選為了班上的組織文娛委員。上周六，我們班上組織，策劃并主持了一臺(tái)以班為單位，以增加集體凝聚力為目的的小型文娛晚會(huì)。晚會(huì)雖然達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的，卻也讓我看到了自己的很多缺點(diǎn)。
