　　生活總是果得飛快的，面臨著大四的到來，為了了解本專業的基本業務，把我們平時學習的理論知識在實踐中進行檢驗。學校安排我們在大三的暑假就開始實習。進入到國際xx公司實踐，國際貿易的中間環節多，涉及面廣，除交易雙方當事人外，還涉及商檢、運輸、保險、金融、車站、港口和海關等部門以及各種中間商和代理商。如果哪個環節出了問題，就會影響整筆交易的正常進行。

　　在此次實習中，在了解到實習的具體做法，能認認真真的做好以下幾點：

　　(1) 注意業務同法律的聯系

　　國際貿易法律課的內容同國際貿易實務課程的內容關系密切，因為，國際貨物買賣合同的成立，必須經過一定的法律步驟，國際貨物買賣合同是對合同當事人雙方有約束力的法律文件。履行合同是一種法律行為，處理履約當中的爭議實際上是解決法律糾紛問題。而且，不同法系的國家，具體裁決的結果還不一樣。這就要求我從實踐和法律兩個側面來研究本課程的內容。

　　(2)同業務伙伴建立業務關系。
