轉(zhuǎn)眼間，來(lái)到遠(yuǎn)洋科技已經(jīng)三個(gè)月了，雖然時(shí)間不算長(zhǎng)，但是這三個(gè)月讓我在遠(yuǎn)洋學(xué)到了很多東西，結(jié)識(shí)了很多朋友，這是我最大的收獲。也讓我更加熱愛(ài)這份工作。
設(shè)計(jì)工作是痛苦與快樂(lè)的煉獄，每當(dāng)面臨新的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)時(shí)，因?yàn)橛X(jué)得自己的水平不夠，感覺(jué)充滿了壓力，開(kāi)始搜集各種資料(包括文字、圖片)，接下來(lái)尋找設(shè)計(jì)靈感，沉思、焦灼，經(jīng)過(guò)痛苦煎熬，終于做出來(lái)的時(shí)候倍感輕松。每當(dāng)經(jīng)過(guò)艱苦的磨礪，自己的勞動(dòng)成果得到肯定時(shí)，便是工作中最大的快樂(lè)!充滿了快意。
一、工作總結(jié)：
從開(kāi)始連效果圖都做不好到現(xiàn)在能自己套程序，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開(kāi)同事們的幫助。在這三個(gè)月里，我學(xué)習(xí)了制作網(wǎng)頁(yè)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。從配色到布局，從制作效果圖再到切片，再到用dw制作網(wǎng)頁(yè)，最后套程序。每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)我都沒(méi)有松懈，不管是在公司還是回到家里，我都會(huì)充分利用時(shí)間來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)，補(bǔ)充自己貧瘠的知識(shí)。雖然現(xiàn)在的水平還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，但是捫心自問(wèn)，我在遠(yuǎn)洋的每一天都是充實(shí)的，沒(méi)有虛度，我相信在新的一年里，通過(guò)自己的努力和同事們的幫助，我會(huì)學(xué)到更多的東西，不管是在技術(shù)水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓。
二、工作中的不足：
雖然通過(guò)三個(gè)月的努力，技術(shù)水平有所提高，但是還是存在很多不足的地方，因?yàn)榛A(chǔ)打的不夠好，很多地方學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)有些吃力，不停的問(wèn)同事，也給別人帶來(lái)了不少麻煩，因?yàn)橹R(shí)的不足，使得開(kāi)始的學(xué)習(xí)有些混亂，感覺(jué)不知道從哪里開(kāi)始學(xué)起，無(wú)從下手，浪費(fèi)了不少時(shí)間。
三、新一年的目標(biāo)：
過(guò)去的一年的整體上是緊張的、忙碌的、充實(shí)的。因?yàn)槲覄倓倎?lái)到遠(yuǎn)洋，所以對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)這也是充滿希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能夠再接再礪，同時(shí)也加強(qiáng)自身的能力，工作中與同事多溝通，多關(guān)心了解其他部門的工作性質(zhì)，進(jìn)一步提高自己專業(yè)知識(shí)技能，積極吸收新的觀念與設(shè)計(jì)理念，要繼續(xù)在自己的工作崗位上踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做事，老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，爭(zhēng)取做出更大的成績(jī)來(lái)。
我相信，遠(yuǎn)洋科技的前景是美好的，我期待我們遠(yuǎn)洋網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技有限公司明年有更好的發(fā)展。我會(huì)更加努力!

真的是萬(wàn)事開(kāi)頭難啊，遇到了很多問(wèn)題，比如：插入的圖片不符合規(guī)格，一下子把其他內(nèi)容的框架擠開(kāi);插入的層太多，大一點(diǎn)的就把小一點(diǎn)的給覆蓋掉了;插入的FLASH不能產(chǎn)生效果。總之問(wèn)題一籮筐。實(shí)踐出真知，原來(lái)自己還有那么多欠缺的知識(shí)。于是回歸本源，先把課本上的東西弄通再談其他。然后又到圖書管里借了幾本網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作方面的書籍來(lái)參考。
在對(duì)基本知識(shí)有了詳細(xì)的了解之后，做起東西來(lái)就得心應(yīng)手多了，知道引導(dǎo)頁(yè)能過(guò)加映像之后，我決定為我的網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)引導(dǎo)頁(yè)。
然后是主頁(yè)和二級(jí)頁(yè)面的設(shè)置。要注意,網(wǎng)上只能使用JPG和GIF兩種圖象格式，其他諸如BMP和TIF等很通用的格式都不能用在網(wǎng)上,因?yàn)樗鼈兲罅?但可以用圖象軟件進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換，比如Office 97的照片編輯器。把準(zhǔn)備在主頁(yè)上出現(xiàn)的圖象放進(jìn)相應(yīng)的目錄里后.
在一步一步的邊學(xué)邊做的過(guò)程中，看著心中的東西一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的出來(lái)，真的很有成就感。雖然自己的網(wǎng)頁(yè)技術(shù)還差的遠(yuǎn)，但是回顧一下這周真的學(xué)到了很多的東西。
之前把作過(guò)的東西放到U盤里，發(fā)生過(guò)圖片顯示不出來(lái)的狀況，還好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和WEB頁(yè)面放到一起這樣就算路徑改變的話也不會(huì)影響頁(yè)面的效果。
一.網(wǎng)站的整體規(guī)劃
1.討論網(wǎng)站主題：因?yàn)樽约簩?duì)普羅旺斯很感興趣，于是就想到要是一下為心中的仙境設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)旅游網(wǎng)站。
2.定位網(wǎng)站CI形象：旅游網(wǎng)站最重要的就是是瀏覽者產(chǎn)生想去親身體驗(yàn)一下的共鳴。于是在網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)上面，根據(jù)普羅旺斯夢(mèng)幻般的意境，我采用的是清新雋永的CI形象。使瀏覽者有賓至如歸的感受。
3.確定欄目和板塊：
1]首先要考慮整個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)的長(zhǎng)和寬，以及長(zhǎng)度和寬度之間的比例。
2]其次就應(yīng)該考慮導(dǎo)航條的設(shè)置了。
3]正文的框架設(shè)置 (橫向因素和縱向因素交錯(cuò))
在瀏覽了很多精美的旅游網(wǎng)站之后，再結(jié)合自己的想法，我先在草紙上畫出了大體的欄目和板塊。
4.網(wǎng)站的整體風(fēng)格和創(chuàng)意：建立一個(gè)浪漫的旅行網(wǎng)站，走映像派路線，目的務(wù)必使瀏覽者留下映像。
二.網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作的前期策劃與準(zhǔn)備
1.資料的搜集：由于個(gè)人的愛(ài)好，我很早以前就收集了許多普羅旺斯的美圖，這次就方便多了。接著就搜集了一些有夢(mèng)幻效果的網(wǎng)頁(yè)背景，F(xiàn)IASH源代碼、小圖標(biāo)和一些GIF的動(dòng)畫等。
2.熟悉制作工具軟件：
硬件：
一臺(tái)電腦(64MB以上內(nèi)存，當(dāng)然越大越好啦);可以撥號(hào)上網(wǎng);如果你有條件的話,建議:配置掃描儀,這將大大方便圖像和文字的輸入;
軟件：
HTML編輯軟件：常用的有Frontpage、Hotdog等，本文重點(diǎn)介紹 Dreamweaver;
圖像處理軟件：常用的有Photoshop、flash、Fireworks 等;
文件上傳軟件：常用的有Cuteftp、WSftp等。

在我工作經(jīng)歷中，讓我感到幸運(yùn)的就是公司給我這一次就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。與以往的工作經(jīng)歷不同的是，這里給人一種完全放松的工作氛圍，沒(méi)有因?yàn)闇y(cè)試出的 bug 和不能按時(shí)提交的軟件模塊功能而心懷忐忑，接觸的人際關(guān)系也不再是有限的技術(shù)人員，在這里我學(xué)到很多以前不曾接處的東西，處理人際關(guān)系的能力，會(huì)不會(huì)說(shuō)讓人喜歡的話，處事的心態(tài)等。在此對(duì)一個(gè)月的工作和生活做一下總結(jié)，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的缺點(diǎn)和不足，在以后的工作中加以改進(jìn)，以提高自己的工作水平。
在這一個(gè)月的工作和生活中，盡心盡力，履行自己的工作職責(zé)，認(rèn)真及時(shí)做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。當(dāng)然我在工作中還存在一定的問(wèn)題和不足，比如：面對(duì)同事找不到交談的話題，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面有待提高;對(duì)旅游行業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)情況了解的還不夠詳細(xì)和充實(shí)，掌握的技術(shù)手段還不夠多。對(duì)于這些不足，我會(huì)在以后的日子里虛心向周圍的同事學(xué)習(xí)，努力豐富自己，充實(shí)自己，尋找自身差距，拓展知識(shí)面，不斷培養(yǎng)和提高充實(shí)自己，讓工作能力進(jìn)一步提高。也希望請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事對(duì)我多提要求，多提建議，使我更快更好的完善自己，更好的適應(yīng)工作需要。

在此我定下了明年的工作目標(biāo)。了解公司的操作過(guò)程，運(yùn)營(yíng)方式，雖然我是公司的 it 技術(shù)人員，對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)這些知識(shí)表面上看似無(wú)任何關(guān)聯(lián)，我只要按公司給的需求開(kāi)發(fā)出相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)即可。但我認(rèn)為，最好的項(xiàng)目是最適合顧客體驗(yàn)的，要想做出受顧客歡迎的網(wǎng)站，要站在顧客角度上考慮。因此要融入到旅游行業(yè)，身處其境，才能做得更好。我跟華哥聊過(guò)公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展，華哥的目標(biāo)是明年使至尊網(wǎng)成為華南最大的旅游網(wǎng)，使至尊網(wǎng)成為一個(gè)品牌。這是我們網(wǎng)絡(luò)部的目標(biāo)，也是我的目標(biāo)。配合好華哥的工作，使網(wǎng)站能按時(shí)上線。與網(wǎng)絡(luò)部的同事一起努力，把網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣做到最好。

1.配色問(wèn)題
一個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)的色彩最好不要超過(guò)3種，一面視覺(jué)效果混亂，用色柔和，對(duì)比度強(qiáng)的色彩不能應(yīng)用于一般網(wǎng)站，時(shí)尚網(wǎng)站使用還可以。
2.字體問(wèn)題
很重要的一個(gè)問(wèn)題，用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)字標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色，這是一個(gè)規(guī)范，行距一般控制在20px左右，不要太小，也不要太大，自己大小注意，中文12px，英文11px或者10px。不要用黑色字，可以用灰度或者其它柔和顏色，統(tǒng)一整個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)字體的色彩以及大小，規(guī)范整體。
3.布局規(guī)范
布局是非常重要的，考慮客戶瀏覽習(xí)慣以及他們想展現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容，并且優(yōu)化。一個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)，如果布局不合理的話不但影響瀏覽，而且非常難看。
4.制作習(xí)慣
必須非常熟悉各種網(wǎng)站的功能，要做得非常全面，比如說(shuō)一個(gè)商城的網(wǎng)站應(yīng)該有哪些內(nèi)容必須非常清楚，不要等客戶提出之后才補(bǔ)充上去，會(huì)顯得自己非常不專業(yè)。

我是去年*月有幸被**公司錄用的，之前我一直從事廣告平面設(shè)計(jì)方面的工作，到了蘇州后找的第一份工作就是網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，不過(guò)做的時(shí)間不是很長(zhǎng)，對(duì)這方面還算是個(gè)生手。
到了**公司以后，先是擔(dān)任平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)師的工作至*月下旬，然后又調(diào)到網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部做網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)師一直至今。在工作中，我學(xué)到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點(diǎn)懂，再到完全熟悉網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師的崗位職責(zé)。這中間的過(guò)程，只有我自己最清楚。
很多時(shí)候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂(lè)趣，才不會(huì)覺(jué)得枯燥;很多時(shí)候當(dāng)我們做網(wǎng)站剛有靈感的時(shí)候，會(huì)突然有其它的工作布置下來(lái)，我們只有自己調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，統(tǒng)籌安排好自己的工作，才不會(huì)手忙腳亂。
那天爸爸給我打電話的時(shí)候，我正在加班，爸爸說(shuō)，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實(shí)的感覺(jué)，雖然有的時(shí)候回到家的時(shí)候真的很累，也會(huì)偶爾覺(jué)得自己活得有點(diǎn)辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來(lái)的時(shí)候，反而覺(jué)得很不適應(yīng)了。爸爸說(shuō)，恭喜你，長(zhǎng)大了，那至少說(shuō)明你不是一個(gè)好逸惡勞的人。
我喜歡爸爸的評(píng)價(jià)，我是個(gè)極其熱愛(ài)設(shè)計(jì)的人，有興趣，有靈感，我知道我或許不是最好的，但是我一定是最有激情的。我真的很喜歡設(shè)計(jì)，我也不知道為什么，所以，我想證明自己，證明自己的能力和一顆真誠(chéng)而執(zhí)著的心。明天會(huì)怎么樣，誰(shuí)也不知道。至少今天我要對(duì)得起自己。

二、與同事相處
到了**公司以后，要感謝的人真的很多…
在平臺(tái)上工作的時(shí)候，感謝總監(jiān)一直教導(dǎo)我，要不斷提高自己的設(shè)計(jì)能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進(jìn)公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國(guó)平和邱小東，在我剛進(jìn)公司對(duì)代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對(duì)我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺(tái)上磨練的那段時(shí)光，正是那段時(shí)間激發(fā)了我的斗志和工作熱情!
到了網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動(dòng)著。我們是一支年輕的隊(duì)伍，部門經(jīng)理也是一個(gè)80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動(dòng)力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺(jué)嗎?為了一個(gè)同目標(biāo)，我們會(huì)齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來(lái)。我確定：這就是我的事業(yè)，為**公司，為自己，努力著!前進(jìn)著!

三、與客戶溝通
雖然從大學(xué)畢業(yè)的時(shí)間還不到兩年，但是，可能因?yàn)槲沂且粋�(gè)不太能閑得住的人吧，從大二開(kāi)始我就在學(xué)習(xí)之余將自己的另一只腳正式踏入了設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)。
在來(lái)**公司之前，我也接觸過(guò)很多各種各樣的客戶，有蠻不講理的，也有和藹可親的，不過(guò)那些都是和客戶當(dāng)面溝通交流的，和客戶在意見(jiàn)上發(fā)生分歧時(shí)，大部分我可以很輕易的用我的設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)方面的知識(shí)說(shuō)服客戶，甚至可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)做出效果來(lái)改變他們的主意。
可是，來(lái)了**公司之后，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)電話溝通真的是一門很深?yuàn)W的學(xué)問(wèn)。在電話這頭的我，看不見(jiàn)電話那頭客戶的表情，動(dòng)作，只能從電話中客戶的語(yǔ)氣來(lái)分析猜測(cè)客戶此時(shí)的想法和心情。也漸漸開(kāi)始明白：有些時(shí)候，不論客戶再怎么糾纏，我都必須堅(jiān)持某些工作上的原則，因?yàn)橐坏橐粋�(gè)客戶開(kāi)了先河，我就必須考慮到接下來(lái)該如何面對(duì)更多的客戶，我必須為自己的一言一行負(fù)責(zé)到底;而有些時(shí)候，又必須對(duì)一些客戶妥協(xié)，即使他們?cè)僭趺醋屛疑類和唇^，我還是必須認(rèn)真的完成對(duì)他們的服務(wù)，因?yàn)椴荒芤驗(yàn)橐恍┬∈拢瑏G失掉一些重要的客戶。
感謝**公司!讓我從客觀上對(duì)自己在以前所學(xué)的知識(shí)有了更加感性的認(rèn)識(shí)，使自己更加充分地理解了理論與實(shí)際的關(guān)系。
四、工作態(tài)度
一個(gè)人的工作態(tài)度折射著一個(gè)人的人生態(tài)度，而一個(gè)人的人生態(tài)度又決定一個(gè)人一生的成就。我的工作，就是我的生命的投影。一個(gè)天性樂(lè)觀，對(duì)工作充滿熱忱的人，無(wú)論他眼下是在洗馬桶、挖土方，或者是在經(jīng)營(yíng)著一家大公司，都會(huì)認(rèn)為自己的工作是一項(xiàng)神圣的天職，并懷著深切的興趣。對(duì)工作充滿熱忱的人，不論遇到多少艱難險(xiǎn)阻，都會(huì)像希爾頓一樣：哪怕是洗一輩子馬桶，也要做個(gè)洗馬桶最優(yōu)秀的人!所以我會(huì)努力讓自己保持良好的心態(tài)工作，遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度;完成各項(xiàng)工作和任務(wù)。我要在20xx年比20xx年做的更好。
五、建議和意見(jiàn)
1、首先，我覺(jué)得公司的天目湖拓展真的很好，加強(qiáng)同事之間的感情，加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的能力。有很多同事，以前我都叫不出名字的，卻在這次拓展中，讓我發(fā)現(xiàn)了他們身上的很多平時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不了的閃光點(diǎn)。讓我更加熱愛(ài)這個(gè)集體，熱愛(ài)每一個(gè)可愛(ài)的**公司人!
2、我覺(jué)得公司可以考慮給我們多點(diǎn)專業(yè)性的培訓(xùn)，就拿我們網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部來(lái)說(shuō)，可以找一些在設(shè)計(jì)方面比較厲害的人給我們培訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)，或者多參加一些類似于上海國(guó)際旅游交易會(huì)那樣的活動(dòng)，可以開(kāi)拓我們的視野，提升我們的設(shè)計(jì)水平，以及對(duì)旅游的認(rèn)識(shí)。
3、還有一點(diǎn)，我感覺(jué)我們每天早晨的晨會(huì)分享，以及我們部門每周五中午的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)挺好的，每次都能學(xué)到東西，有時(shí)候就是一些小小的技巧，卻可以在工作中很大程度的提高工作效率。

2、 對(duì)用戶需求、操作、習(xí)性沒(méi)有做過(guò)深度有效的調(diào)研。
3、 對(duì)產(chǎn)品操作上沒(méi)有很好的結(jié)合使用環(huán)境、使用者狀態(tài)分析

大量產(chǎn)品的造型和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，擅長(zhǎng)電子和機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，尤其對(duì)產(chǎn)品造型風(fēng)格和色彩方案有很好的把握能力，模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思路在降低成本的同時(shí)可以有效的提高產(chǎn)品和企業(yè)的形象識(shí)別和品牌效應(yīng)，其中一項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品部件的設(shè)計(jì)幫助前公司申請(qǐng)了歐盟造型和結(jié)構(gòu)專利并取得了很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

時(shí)間一晃而過(guò)，轉(zhuǎn)眼間試用期已接近尾聲。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的經(jīng)歷，也給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。在這段時(shí)間里各位同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了作為廣告人“不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨，怎能見(jiàn)彩虹”的豪氣，也體會(huì)到了重慶廣告從業(yè)人員作為拓荒者的艱難和堅(jiān)定。在對(duì)各位同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)肅然起敬的同時(shí)，也為我有機(jī)會(huì)成為今天廣告的一份子而驚喜萬(wàn)分。

一、理論學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累
通過(guò)理論學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累使我對(duì)公司有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。記得初到公司時(shí)，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業(yè)賀卡的修改，然而說(shuō)來(lái)慚愧是，因?yàn)閷?duì)于對(duì)方企業(yè)整體形象包裝的不熟悉，導(dǎo)致這張小小的賀卡修改任務(wù)就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續(xù)到深夜12：00以后，反復(fù)的修改和漫長(zhǎng)的等待客戶的回復(fù)對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰(zhàn)。不懂就學(xué)，是一切進(jìn)步取得的前提和基礎(chǔ)。
在這段時(shí)間里我認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和認(rèn)識(shí)了公司各相關(guān)資料，并且對(duì)公司以前的、現(xiàn)在的客戶的相關(guān)資料有了比較初步的了解，再加上日常工作積累使我對(duì)公司有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)，也意識(shí)到了公司在重慶廣告業(yè)舉足輕重的地位，她的發(fā)展對(duì)于推動(dòng)整個(gè)重慶廣告業(yè)的發(fā)展有著巨大作用。同時(shí)，公司擁有比較先進(jìn)的管理體制和企業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)作的行政機(jī)構(gòu)。這一切都讓我對(duì)公司的發(fā)展充滿了信心和憧憬。
二、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高
根據(jù)崗位職責(zé)的要求，我的主要工作任務(wù)是：
(1)負(fù)責(zé)完成組長(zhǎng)分配下來(lái)的設(shè)計(jì)工作指令。
(2)參與相關(guān)廣告創(chuàng)意的討論。
(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
通過(guò)完成上述工作，使我認(rèn)識(shí)到一個(gè)稱職的設(shè)計(jì)師應(yīng)當(dāng)在具有相當(dāng)?shù)拿佬g(shù)功底、熟悉的設(shè)計(jì)軟件操作能力的同時(shí)，還一定要具備良好的設(shè)計(jì)心態(tài)，并且要敢于多提出自己的想法和方案，敢于創(chuàng)新!當(dāng)然，良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力是向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事提出自己創(chuàng)意想法的必不可少的。
目前我在創(chuàng)意想法方面存在不足，還需要多向組里的和其他組的各位資深領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事多求教、多學(xué)習(xí)。為了讓自己做一個(gè)稱職的廣告美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)人員，我也閱讀了許多與設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的.書籍，并爭(zhēng)取在工作中有所幫助和提高。
