20xx年xx月xx日，我加入中鐵二十局西成客專項九工區(qū)這個大家庭。作為一名新進(jìn)成員，九工區(qū)給了我一種家的感覺，一種積極向上，奮發(fā)進(jìn)取的觀念。我很欣慰能加入到這個工區(qū)成為一名測量員。
在這幾個月內(nèi)，大家對我非常熱情，我有什么工作方面的問題，大家都熱心幫助我，我現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)適應(yīng)這環(huán)境，工作也進(jìn)展的很順利。
測量時工程的眼睛。作為測量人員，我本著實事求是的態(tài)度，一切數(shù)據(jù)說話的原則，從事測量工作。到西成這個項目，是我人生的起點，也是我重要的一部分，在這我得到了至深的鍛煉。
我總結(jié)了我這幾個月以來學(xué)到的東西：
一、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)，認(rèn)真求證
在施工測量之前，認(rèn)真審圖，隊途勝有無，有疑問的地方及時處理；在測量放樣之前，反復(fù)查看數(shù)據(jù)，確保萬無一失，隊各種數(shù)據(jù)注意保存及時整理。測量放線后，要認(rèn)真復(fù)核點位的坐標(biāo)距離，做好三方交底。
二、不斷進(jìn)取，精益求精
各種新的施工材料和機械，應(yīng)用到建設(shè)施工中，同時出現(xiàn)了許多工藝、工法。這意味的必須提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平，學(xué)會各種新的.測量儀器，去更好的工作。
三、那百家之長，補自家之短
不欣喜于以往的任何成果，時刻準(zhǔn)備著解決各種難題，積極應(yīng)對可能面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。測量人員本著實事求是的工作態(tài)度，尊重科學(xué)、事實。在項目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的引領(lǐng)下，把工程測量這一關(guān)做好，完善內(nèi)外業(yè)工作資料，落實各項任務(wù)，及時為前線測量放樣，為提前竣工做自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
測量工作的嚴(yán)密施工，靠工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持，靠測量人員在工作中每時每刻的謹(jǐn)慎，保證萬無一失。為了又快又好的服務(wù)施工現(xiàn)場，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提高前期決策，充分的迎接各項檢查工作。針對某一件事，我們做了很多次的反復(fù)工作，風(fēng)里來，雨里去，當(dāng)我們完成任務(wù)，扛著儀器歸來，我們?nèi)杂梦⑿ο蚱渌抡宫F(xiàn)我們的魅力。
