法律就像是秘密武器，有法在的天下就安全多了。在大學(xué)的四年里，本人學(xué)習(xí)了法理學(xué)、中國(guó)法制史、行政法與行政訴訟法、民法、商法、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法、經(jīng)濟(jì)法、刑法、民事訴訟法、刑事訴訟法、國(guó)際法、國(guó)際私法、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)法等，掌握法學(xué)基本理論和基本知識(shí)，了解和掌握國(guó)家的主要法律法規(guī)，理解和把握法律規(guī)則背后的法律精神和法律價(jià)值，并能運(yùn)用法學(xué)理論，方法和思維分析問(wèn)題，解決問(wèn)題。書本的知識(shí)畢竟是有限的，本人積極參加了很多社會(huì)實(shí)踐和社團(tuán)的工作，從事了大到組織策劃晚會(huì)、小到文秘接電話的工作，積累了很多了從失敗到成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我認(rèn)為實(shí)際操作能力和組織合作能力的學(xué)習(xí)更為重要。
在平時(shí)的實(shí)踐努力中，我感覺(jué)我學(xué)到了很多，特別是一些書本上學(xué)不到的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，雖然以前有過(guò)成功，也有過(guò)失敗，從中我的到的是很多做事的原則和處事的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于現(xiàn)在的我來(lái)說(shuō)，做事也變得成熟穩(wěn)重了。在過(guò)去的工作中，我做事認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，還有較好的交際能力。
