1.編寫組裝小臺燈的流程，畫出流程圖。
1.analysis the process of assembling desk lamp, draw out the flow chart.
2.試運行，檢驗流程設計是否合理，并進行適當的調整。
2.experiment and test the process design whether reasonable or not, make suitable adjustment if not.
試驗過程/course：
3.多種流程設計同時進行組裝，記錄時間。
3.assemble according to every process, note how many times spend.
4.算出各種流程設計平均每人組裝完成一個小臺燈所用時間，并進行相互比較和分析。
4.caculate how many times every person have spent for assembling one, then compare the data and make an analysis.
