   I am a child from the rural areas, uncles and a father from a young age are hard farming life. Bring up the difficult living conditions of the character of my perseverance, therefore, from primary school to university life has been ended, in all aspects I have always set strict demands on themselves. In college, I studied hard in learning, academic excellence, a scholarship was granted a professional every year. After-school time, I sit in Jilin University in computer courses, has been basically understood WORD such as WINDOWS 98, and computer skills. I know that teachers are the most important responsibilities of preaching, etc., doubts. Personal knowledge is important, but the teaching of uncertainty is the key. In the past few years, I have been continuously improve their basic skills teachers. During the reading tutor I have been engaged in work, in the process step by step I mastered the secondary school students learning and psychological laws, access to good teaching and learning performance by students and parents highly. Again, I use the second half of third grade, fourth grade, the first half of Trial and internship opportunities for education to actively exercise their own on the blackboard, lesson plans, teaching methods, such as more exercise, try to figure out more to further improve the basic quality of their teachers. Particular focus on junior high school in Changchun City, during the practicum period has been the guiding teachers alike, and achieved excellent results internship.
 
   In terms of ideology, I actively sought progress. Freshman class ACUNS do work, many organizations have been students and teachers alike, in the bedroom as a long period, patience, unity and students, was named outstanding bedroom bedroom, I have also been rated as excellent long-bedroom . At work, my organizational skills, ability to express, analyze problems, problem-solving ability has also been a very good exercise.
