　　近幾年，中國(guó)食品工業(yè)經(jīng)常發(fā)生安全問(wèn)題，這使得人們很擔(dān)憂并失去了信心。食品安全與人們的健康，安全以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展息息相關(guān)，是國(guó)家穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題。自20__年三鹿事件發(fā)生以來(lái)，全社會(huì)對(duì)食品安全問(wèn)題的關(guān)注越來(lái)越高。正是在這種情景下，食品安全問(wèn)題被提到了一個(gè)空前的水平。

　　食品，是我們每個(gè)人身體健康的支撐點(diǎn)，猶如一條潺潺流淌的河，如果人是河流，那么食品就是這條河的源頭，假如源頭受到了污染，那么整條河都會(huì)受到污染。俗話說(shuō)得好：“國(guó)以民為本，民以食為天”是啊，如果不關(guān)注食品安全，那么會(huì)直接影響到我們的生活。

　　不知你是否注意過(guò)，學(xué)校外小路上的小攤總是人山人海，可是，他們販賣(mài)的食品都是“三無(wú)”食品，并且，路上揚(yáng)起的灰塵會(huì)污染食品，這樣，灰塵便隨著食品進(jìn)入到我們身體的各個(gè)角落了。大家買(mǎi)東西時(shí)有沒(méi)有想過(guò)這些食品有沒(méi)有生產(chǎn)許可證，這家店有沒(méi)有營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，食品中有沒(méi)有添加防腐劑呢?也許你們只是覺(jué)得味道好就吃了，但味道好并不代表著食物它安全，健康啊!

　　不僅僅是移動(dòng)小攤販賣(mài)的食物不安全，長(zhǎng)期吃膨化類(lèi)食品也不安全，膨化類(lèi)食品中包含許多食品添加劑，如果長(zhǎng)期很多攝入，就會(huì)影響到我們的正常飲食。

　　像小攤上經(jīng)常販賣(mài)的棉花糖中，包含很多的糖分，但有些商家為了節(jié)儉成本，會(huì)使用一種叫做甜蜜素的食品添加劑，來(lái)保證食品甜度以及食品風(fēng)味。

　　由此可見(jiàn)，食品安全不單單存在于那些移動(dòng)小攤上，我們平時(shí)所喜好的許多零食都會(huì)存在一些安全問(wèn)題，所以，為了我們自身的健康，我向大家提出以下幾點(diǎn)提議：

　　1.購(gòu)買(mǎi)食品盡量選擇正規(guī)渠道進(jìn)行購(gòu)買(mǎi)，不要貪小便宜而購(gòu)買(mǎi)那些安全沒(méi)有保障的食品。

　　2.購(gòu)買(mǎi)食品前能夠先看看食品的包裝配料表中添加劑的含量。

　　3.我們要控制自我的口腹之欲，在吃東西前想想食物是否健康。

　　4.做到良好的膳食搭配，不多吃零食，多吃健康蔬果。

　　5.堅(jiān)持每日飲食均衡，堅(jiān)持身體健康。

　　食品安全需要你我的參與，更需要大家的參與。生命完美從健康做起，身體健康從食品做起，食品安全從你我做起!讓我們攜起手來(lái)，為了我們燦爛的將來(lái)，為了我們完美的家園而共同努力吧!
