各位老師們：
大家辛苦了！
自x年9月廣東、山東、海南、寧夏四省開始普通高中新課程實驗以來的五年后的今天，新的課程改革猶如一股沁人心扉的春風(fēng)向湖北中學(xué)教育界迎面撲來。
這次實驗是我國建國后的第八次基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革，這次改革，步伐之大，速度之快，難度之大，都是前七次改革所不可比擬的。它將實現(xiàn)我國中小學(xué)課程從學(xué)科本位、知識本位向關(guān)注每一個學(xué)生發(fā)展的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變。目前，我們?nèi)懈咭唤處焸冋燥枬M的熱忱學(xué)習(xí)新課改理論，準(zhǔn)備迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)。
通過幾天的暑期集中學(xué)習(xí)，老師們逐步了解并接受了一系列新的課程改革理論，認(rèn)識到了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式存在諸多弊端，意識到新課程改革最關(guān)鍵的是實現(xiàn)教師教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。然而，老師們普遍感到困難的是如何將新的課改理念轉(zhuǎn)化為教師的課堂教學(xué)行為以及學(xué)生的高效學(xué)習(xí)方式。
藉此暑期集中學(xué)習(xí)的東風(fēng)，我倡議全市高中英語教師開展如何踐行新課改理念，迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)，提高全市高中英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量的大討論。
討論圍繞以下4個子問題展開：
1、如何搞好初高中銜接？
2、如何面向全體學(xué)生，實現(xiàn)學(xué)生共同發(fā)展？
3、如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力？
4、如何優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高課堂教學(xué)效率？
針對上述問題，我提出個人幾點不成熟的意見，起一個拋磚引玉的作用，供大家討論參考。
一、如何搞好初高中銜接？
1、開展學(xué)情分析，搞好兩個“摸清”，即：摸清學(xué)生知識底細(xì)，摸清學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方法底細(xì)，便于開展針對性的教學(xué)工作。
2、開展學(xué)習(xí)方法的系列講座和優(yōu)生經(jīng)驗介紹，讓學(xué)生弄清高中英語教學(xué)特點和要求，認(rèn)清高中與初中老師教學(xué)方式上的差異，以及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法上的不同，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從高一開始就學(xué)會自己查閱詞典、參考書，養(yǎng)成獨立學(xué)習(xí)、自主學(xué)習(xí)的好習(xí)慣。教師要對學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、查等良好習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)自始至終地貫穿于整個高一年級的教學(xué)中，要常督促、定期檢查，從而使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。應(yīng)利用開學(xué)后大約一個月的時間，讓學(xué)生熟悉并掌握一系列好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，形成一套符合每個學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法體系。
3、作為高中英語教師，要了解初中英語的教材教法。在學(xué)生剛剛步入高中的初期，教學(xué)起點宜“低一點”，課堂教學(xué)的`難度不要過大，不要使課堂教學(xué)發(fā)生突變，造成學(xué)生不適應(yīng)。對課堂教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，要一步步地改變、慢慢地引導(dǎo)，讓學(xué)生在不知不覺中適應(yīng)高中英語教學(xué)。在課后要抓好單詞的鞏固和檢查，對作業(yè)要做適量的補充，并有布置、有檢查，對學(xué)生要嚴(yán)格要求，有針對性地查漏補缺，逐步地過渡到學(xué)生自立自主的學(xué)習(xí)方式。
4、在分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上，幫助學(xué)生對初中知識進(jìn)行整理，并開展有針對性的查漏補缺。可利用開學(xué)前大約兩周的時間，對初中課程中出現(xiàn)的語法現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，對初中課程尚未學(xué)完的詞匯進(jìn)行有計劃的學(xué)習(xí)，確保每個學(xué)生在進(jìn)入高中的起始階段建立完備的知識體系。

20xx年上半年全國大學(xué)英語四六級考試將于6月18日舉行。為維護(hù)考試的公平公正，端正我校考風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng)，杜絕各類考試違紀(jì)作弊，特向我校全體考生發(fā)出誠信考試倡議：
一、嚴(yán)格履行誠信考試承諾，自覺遵守考試紀(jì)律，保持良好考試心態(tài)，排除外界各種因素干擾，端正考試態(tài)度，真正做到誠信應(yīng)考。

One of the major reasons , causing people's inocence of protecting animals, is that the government did not function well as an educator, arosing people's initiative in shielding wild animals, which led to the consequence that people do not know their responsibility to prevent animals from dangers, and specific knowledge in guarding them. what is equally important as the reason mentioned above is that media did not meet our satisfaction to inform the mass of the emergency which is crutial in arousing people's conciousness to keep animals safe.

Animals are natural resources that people have wasted all through our history. Animals have been killed for their fur and feathers, for food, for sport, and simply because they were in the way. Thousands of kinds of animals have disappeared from the earth forever. Hundreds more are on the danger list today. About 170 kinds in the United States aloneare considered in danger.
Why should people care? Because we need animals, and because once they are gone, there will never be any als are more than just beautiful or interesting. They are more than just a source of food. Every animal has its place in the balance of nature. Destroying one kind of animal can create many problems. For example, when farmers killed large numbers of hawks, the farmers' stores of corn and grain were destroyed by rats and mice. Why? Because hawks eat rats and mice, with no hawks to keep down their numbers, the rats and mice multiplied quickly.
Luckily, some people are working to help save the animals. Some groups raise money to let people know about the problem. And they try to get the governments to pass laws protecting animals in danger. Quite a few countries have passed laws. These laws forbid the killing of any animal or planton the danger list. Slowly, the number of some animals in danger is growing.
