20xx年2月13日(星期一)上午10時在北京市建國門外大街1號國際俱樂部舉行。
for the following purposes:
會議目的'如下：
1)To elect a full board of 8 directors of the Group;
1)選舉集團(tuán)的8人董事會;
2)To consider and act upon the appointment of independent auditors for 20xx;
2)遴選并任命20xx年獨(dú)立審計員;
3)To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
