　　要提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，還要做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作，部分學(xué)生缺乏自覺性，經(jīng)常不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，甚至有的學(xué)生欠交作業(yè)，針對(duì)這種問題，我就進(jìn)行對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想教育。樹立學(xué)習(xí)的信心，有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不理想，并不是他們沒有潛能，而是不相信自己有潛能，在經(jīng)歷了一兩次失敗和挫折后，對(duì)自己失去了信心。因此形成“自己腦子笨”這種意識(shí)，久而久之，形成習(xí)慣，一遇到問題，先想自己不行，對(duì)自己沒信心，結(jié)果自己什么都學(xué)不成，什么都不想學(xué)，作業(yè)不會(huì)做，造成成績(jī)低下。

　　一、個(gè)人工作總結(jié)

　　我是去年*月有幸被**公司錄用的，之前我一直從事廣告平面設(shè)計(jì)方面的工作，到了蘇州后找的第一份工作就是網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計(jì)，不過做的時(shí)間不是很長(zhǎng)，對(duì)這方面還算是個(gè)生手。

　　到了**公司以后，先是擔(dān)任平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)師的工作至*月下旬，然后又調(diào)到網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部做網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)師一直至今。在工作中，我學(xué)到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點(diǎn)懂，再到完全熟悉網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計(jì)師的崗位職責(zé)。這中間的過程，只有我自己最清楚。

　　很多時(shí)候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂趣，才不會(huì)覺得枯燥;很多時(shí)候當(dāng)我們做網(wǎng)站剛有靈感的時(shí)候，會(huì)突然有其它的工作布置下來，我們只有自己調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，統(tǒng)籌安排好自己的工作，才不會(huì)手忙腳亂。

　　那天爸爸給我打電話的時(shí)候，我正在加班，爸爸說，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實(shí)的感覺，雖然有的時(shí)候回到家的時(shí)候真的很累，也會(huì)偶爾覺得自己活得有點(diǎn)辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來的時(shí)候，反而覺得很不適應(yīng)了。爸爸說，恭喜你，長(zhǎng)大了，那至少說明你不是一個(gè)好逸惡勞的人。

　　我喜歡爸爸的評(píng)價(jià)，我是個(gè)極其熱愛設(shè)計(jì)的人，有興趣，有靈感，我知道我或許不是最好的，但是我一定是最有激情的。我真的很喜歡設(shè)計(jì)，我也不知道為什么，所以，我想證明自己，證明自己的能力和一顆真誠(chéng)而執(zhí)著的心。明天會(huì)怎么樣，誰也不知道。至少今天我要對(duì)得起自己。

　　非常感謝公司給我這個(gè)成長(zhǎng)的平臺(tái)，令我在工作中能不斷的學(xué)習(xí)，不斷的進(jìn)步，不斷提升自身的素質(zhì)與才能。

　　二、與同事相處

　　到了**公司以后，要感謝的人真的很多…

　　在平臺(tái)上工作的時(shí)候，感謝總監(jiān)一直教導(dǎo)我，要不斷提高自己的設(shè)計(jì)能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進(jìn)公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國(guó)平和邱小東，在我剛進(jìn)公司對(duì)代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對(duì)我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺(tái)上磨練的那段時(shí)光，正是那段時(shí)間激發(fā)了我的斗志和工作熱情!

　　到了網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動(dòng)著。我們是一支年輕的隊(duì)伍，部門經(jīng)理也是一個(gè)80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動(dòng)力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺嗎?為了一個(gè)同目標(biāo)，我們會(huì)齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來。我確定：這就是我的事業(yè)，為**公司，為自己，努力著!前進(jìn)著!

　　三、與客戶溝通

　　雖然從大學(xué)畢業(yè)的時(shí)間還不到兩年，但是，可能因?yàn)槲沂且粋�(gè)不太能閑得住的人吧，從大二開始我就在學(xué)習(xí)之余將自己的另一只腳正式踏入了設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)。

　　在來**公司之前，我也接觸過很多各種各樣的客戶，有蠻不講理的，也有和藹可親的，不過那些都是和客戶當(dāng)面溝通交流的，和客戶在意見上發(fā)生分歧時(shí)，大部分我可以很輕易的用我的設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)方面的知識(shí)說服客戶，甚至可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)做出效果來改變他們的主意。

　　可是，來了**公司之后，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)電話溝通真的是一門很深?yuàn)W的學(xué)問。在電話這頭的我，看不見電話那頭客戶的表情，動(dòng)作，只能從電話中客戶的語氣來分析猜測(cè)客戶此時(shí)的想法和心情。也漸漸開始明白：有些時(shí)候，不論客戶再怎么糾纏，我都必須堅(jiān)持某些工作上的原則，因?yàn)橐坏�為一個(gè)客戶開了先河，我就必須考慮到接下來該如何面對(duì)更多的客戶，我必須為自己的一言一行負(fù)責(zé)到底;而有些時(shí)候，又必須對(duì)一些客戶妥協(xié)，即使他們?cè)僭趺醋屛疑類和唇^，我還是必須認(rèn)真的完成對(duì)他們的服務(wù)，因?yàn)椴荒芤驗(yàn)橐恍┬∈拢瑏G失掉一些重要的客戶。

　　四、工作態(tài)度

　　五、建議和意見

　　1、首先，我覺得公司的天目湖拓展真的很好，加強(qiáng)同事之間的感情，加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的能力。有很多同事，以前我都叫不出名字的，卻在這次拓展中，讓我發(fā)現(xiàn)了他們身上的很多平時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不了的閃光點(diǎn)。讓我更加熱愛這個(gè)集體，熱愛每一個(gè)可愛的**公司人!

　　2、我覺得公司可以考慮給我們多點(diǎn)專業(yè)性的培訓(xùn)，就拿我們網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部來說，可以找一些在設(shè)計(jì)方面比較厲害的人給我們培訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)，或者多參加一些類似于上海國(guó)際旅游交易會(huì)那樣的活動(dòng)，可以開拓我們的視野，提升我們的設(shè)計(jì)水平，以及對(duì)旅游的認(rèn)識(shí)。

　　3、還有一點(diǎn)，我感覺我們每天早晨的晨會(huì)分享，以及我們部門每周五中午的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)挺好的，每次都能學(xué)到東西，有時(shí)候就是一些小小的技巧，卻可以在工作中很大程度的提高工作效率。

　　新的一年里我為自己制定了新的目標(biāo)，那就是要加緊學(xué)習(xí)，更好的充實(shí)自己，以飽滿的精神狀態(tài)來迎接新一年工作的挑戰(zhàn)。我心里在暗暗的為自己鼓勁。要在工作中站穩(wěn)腳步，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)，多向其他同事學(xué)習(xí)，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，相互交流好的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，共同進(jìn)步，爭(zhēng)取更好的工作成績(jī)，為公司做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
