　　各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位評(píng)委：大家好!

　　首先感謝組織提供這樣一個(gè)平等競爭的機(jī)會(huì)，使我有幸參加這次竟聘。

　　一、 本人基本情況

　　我叫###，現(xiàn)年###歲，黨員，金融大專學(xué)歷，會(huì)計(jì)師，現(xiàn)任###處###員。我竟聘的職務(wù)是###處副處長。

　　我1986年畢業(yè)于###金融專業(yè)，工作后通過參加自學(xué)考試取得了金融大學(xué)專科學(xué)歷。

　　我的主要工作經(jīng)歷是1986年7月在省中行###處從事非貿(mào)易票據(jù)托收業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)辦工作;1988年主動(dòng)申請(qǐng)調(diào)入###支行，從事外匯存貸款業(yè)務(wù)、聯(lián)行業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)核工作;1989年10月任###支行外匯業(yè)務(wù)科副科長，主持工作;1993年初調(diào)入###支行任###科副科長，主持工作，先后從事過本外幣綜合核算、聯(lián)行業(yè)務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)及綜合管理、計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)等工作，所負(fù)責(zé)的部門獲得過省行級(jí)“先進(jìn)單位”;__年通過竟聘擔(dān)任支行###部主任一職，負(fù)責(zé)支行###、綜合管理等，__年被省行評(píng)為“綜合管理先進(jìn)單位”;__年1月調(diào)入省行###處，承擔(dān)###工作。

　　二、竟聘理由

　　1、具有較強(qiáng)的理論知識(shí)和業(yè)務(wù)能力。16年來我一直在基層從事###工作，對(duì)國家的金融政策、會(huì)計(jì)制度，銀行的各項(xiàng)財(cái)會(huì)政策、規(guī)章制度、業(yè)務(wù)流程都比較熟悉，會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí)、銀行業(yè)務(wù)、技能功底扎實(shí)，實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，有較高的業(yè)務(wù)水平，具備了良好的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。

　　2、具備相應(yīng)的管理能力。我擔(dān)任基層行###部門的負(fù)責(zé)人十多年，積累了較豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有較強(qiáng)的組織能力、管理能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力。

　　3、具有任勞任怨的黃牛精神，作風(fēng)踏實(shí)，具有一絲不茍的敬業(yè)精神，認(rèn)真工作，分毫不差，以一種“較真”的態(tài)度處理每一筆會(huì)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)，不敷衍塞責(zé)。有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)能力。

　　各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，如我能竟聘上這一職務(wù)，我將加倍努力，勤奮工作。下面，我談一下我的工作思路。

　　二、 工作思路

　　###部門要拓深管理，以認(rèn)真務(wù)實(shí)的精神，嚴(yán)格制度設(shè)計(jì)，嚴(yán)密組織管理，強(qiáng)化監(jiān)督機(jī)制，細(xì)心檢查，細(xì)致分析，認(rèn)真改進(jìn)，不斷提高會(huì)計(jì)工作水平。財(cái)會(huì)工作應(yīng)以規(guī)范管理防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為重點(diǎn)，加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)，改進(jìn)會(huì)計(jì)核算，完善內(nèi)部控制，嚴(yán)格基建管理和固定資產(chǎn)管理，提高###人員的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和工作質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)我行###工作上新臺(tái)階。

　　1、集中全行的會(huì)計(jì)核算、資金清算、會(huì)計(jì)檔案管理等，達(dá)到集中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制，合理運(yùn)用資源，提高效率的目的。

　　2、制定全行統(tǒng)一的會(huì)計(jì)核算和管理制度，并對(duì)全轄會(huì)計(jì)核算進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查，要大力強(qiáng)化制度約束，使會(huì)計(jì)工作的各個(gè)崗位，各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都處于制度的嚴(yán)密控制之下。

　　3、制定各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)控制度，依據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)級(jí)別進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控和管理，研究業(yè)務(wù)中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控報(bào)告。我行財(cái)會(huì)部門內(nèi)部控制建設(shè)已有長足的發(fā)展，但是，面對(duì)人們?nèi)找鎻?fù)雜的思想、現(xiàn)象、行為，內(nèi)控制度要從過去防范差錯(cuò)轉(zhuǎn)向防范犯罪，保障資金安全方面。

　　4、加強(qiáng)全行會(huì)計(jì)核算合規(guī)性、合法性的管理。按照“分級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)”的原則嚴(yán)格實(shí)行違規(guī)查究，下級(jí)行要對(duì)上級(jí)行負(fù)責(zé);營業(yè)部門要對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)部門負(fù)責(zé);會(huì)計(jì)主管要對(duì)分管行長負(fù)責(zé)。發(fā)生問題，共同負(fù)責(zé)。會(huì)計(jì)監(jiān)督檢查要做詳細(xì)的紀(jì)錄，檢查部門和人員要對(duì)檢查結(jié)果承擔(dān)責(zé)任。只有這樣，才能促進(jìn)會(huì)計(jì)制度的落實(shí)，才能保證會(huì)計(jì)核算的質(zhì)量，才能提高會(huì)計(jì)管理的水平。

　　5、改革費(fèi)用分配管理辦法。遵循效益最大化原則，將各行的費(fèi)用分為基本費(fèi)用和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展費(fèi)用，業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展費(fèi)用與各行經(jīng)營業(yè)績掛勾，經(jīng)營業(yè)績?cè)胶觅M(fèi)用越多。

　　My definition of success

　　Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

　　However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people

　　who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.

　　Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.

　　What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

　　Good manners are very important in the communication of daily life. Everyone likes a person with good manners. But what are good manners?

　　How does one know what should do and what should not do when trying to be a good - mannered person?

　　Well here are some common examples. A person with good manners never laughs at a people in trouble. Instead he (she) always tries to consult or offer help to the person.

　　When he (she) takes a bus and sees an old man or a sick man he (she) always gives his (her) seat to him. He doesn't interrupt other people when they are talking.

　　He uses a handkerchief when he sneezes or coughs. He does not spite in public places.

　　Ideas of what are good manners are not always the same in different regions. For example people in Western countries usually kiss each other to show their greetings whereas in China kissing in public is something of unusual and sometimes be regarded as impolite to somebody else.

　　So it is important to know what is regarded as polite and impolite before you go to a region.

　　But remember that it is always right to be kind and helpful to others.
