　　甲方有意聘用乙方為外籍教師，乙方有意受聘并接受甲方所提供的基本待遇。雙方本著平等自愿，協(xié)商一致的原則，達(dá)成以下本意向書：

　　Party A intends to employ Party B as a foreign teacher and Party B is willing to be employed and accept basic compensation provided by Party A .Party A and Party B come to the following employment agreement on the basis of equality ,free will and mutual consent:

　　一、工作內(nèi)容：甲方擬聘用乙方從事英語教師工作。

　　Position: Party A wil employ Party B in the position of ESL teacher .

　　二、擬聘用期限：從____________起至____________止。

　　The prospective employment term shall commence on____________ and end on____________.

　　三、工資待遇：乙方每月工資為______元(稅前)，甲方為乙方提供工作期間的免費(fèi)住房或住房補(bǔ)貼。正式起薪日為正式合同簽署日。

　　Remuneration: Party B shall be entitled to ____________ RMB per month (before tax ).Party A will provide free accommodation or a housing allowance for Party B.The salary starts from the day when both sides sign the formal contract.

　　四、保險(xiǎn)：乙方持工作簽證并與甲方簽署正式聘用合同后，甲方為乙方購買人身意外和公共交通意外保險(xiǎn)。乙方獲得當(dāng)?shù)毓�安機(jī)關(guān)頒法的《居留許可證》后的下一個(gè)月起，甲方為乙方購買社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)(養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、住院醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)和工傷保險(xiǎn))。社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)卡將由政府職能部門于乙方取得《居留許可證》后50個(gè)工作日左右發(fā)放給乙方(節(jié)假日順延)并開始持卡享受中國國民一樣的上述社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)待遇。乙方如需就醫(yī)，須在社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院就醫(yī)并按社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)規(guī)定承擔(dān)相應(yīng)比例的費(fèi)用，在非定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院就醫(yī)費(fèi)用自理;受聘方的掛號(hào)、就醫(yī)交通、鑲牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼鏡、住院就餐和服用非醫(yī)療性的滋補(bǔ)藥品以及醫(yī)生出診等費(fèi)用自理。

　　Insurance :Party A will buy personal accident and public transportation risks insurance for Party B after both arriving in China on a work Z.visa and signing a formal employment contract.Party A will buy social insurance ( including pension,comprehensive Medicare,hospitalization and injury on job site ) for Party B will after getting the Resident Permit from the Public Security Bureau.Under this insurance card will be issued by the Social Insurance Bureau around 50 work days after receiving the Resident Permit (will be delayed if there`s a holiday). If party B needs to see a doctor ,he/she has to visit doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and undertake the relevant proportion of expenses.If Party B sees a doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and undertake the relevant proportion of expenses.If Party B sees a doctor at a hospital not covered by the insurance plan,he/she needs to pay all the expenses; including outpatient registry,transportation, dental care,face-lifting,therapeutic massage,filling a prescription for glasses,hospitalized dinning and taking of nutritious food as well as appointing doctors.

　　五、其他條款以報(bào)到后簽訂的正式合同為準(zhǔn)。

　　六、注意事項(xiàng)：

　　Notice:

　　1.乙方在簽署聘用意向書后應(yīng)該立即準(zhǔn)備以下文件給甲方用于辦理簽證相關(guān)文件：

　　Party B shall provide following documents after signing the Employment Intention Letter:

　　1)護(hù)照復(fù)印件及過往所有的中國簽證復(fù)印件

　　Scanned copy of their passport and all Chinese visas

　　2)最高學(xué)歷證書掃描件

　　Scanned copy of their highest school certificates.

　　3)教師資格證書掃描件

　　Scanned copy of their teaching certificate

　　4)健康體檢報(bào)告掃描件

　　Scanned copy of their healthy check

　　5)無犯罪記錄

　　Scanned copy of their Non- criminal record

　　6)親筆簽署姓名的簡歷

　　Scanned copy of their resume with signature at the bottom

　　7)推薦信

　　Scanned copy of recommendation letters

　　乙方需在簽署意向書后1個(gè)月內(nèi)提供甲方所需的辦證文件，乙方如因提供的資料不齊或延誤，造成無法如期辦證，責(zé)任自負(fù)。

　　All Documents requested must be provided by Party B ‘s visa

　　2.待甲方收集齊乙方提供的所需文件后，辦證時(shí)間需要2個(gè)月左右。相關(guān)文件辦理完畢后甲方會(huì)將文件以快遞形式寄送給乙方，請(qǐng)乙方務(wù)必及時(shí)到所在地中國使領(lǐng)館辦理工作簽證并持工作簽證入境。

　　It will take about two months to process the visa application in China and only be started after Party A has received all necessary documents mentioned above from Party B .Upon receiving this necessary paperwork, Party B shall go to Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply for work visa (Z visa) and shall only enter China on this visa which is needed for legal employment on mailand China.

　　3.乙方來中國時(shí)，請(qǐng)確保帶上最高學(xué)歷證書原件、教師資格證原件以及無犯罪記錄原件以通過政府職能部門的審核。若無法提供原件或遭政府職能部門拒絕，甲方將無法為乙方進(jìn)行居留許可申請(qǐng)并意味著聘用關(guān)系的提前終止。同時(shí)，乙方入境后需進(jìn)行健康檢查和警察局面談，如因身體原因或在中國境內(nèi)曾有非法工作/犯罪行為等因素?zé)o法辦理居留許可的，甲方唯有解除合約。

　　While coming to China to begin employment, Party B must bring their original highest university diploma, original teaching certificate and original police background check as requested by the Foreign Expert Bureau.Failure to bring these original documents or rejection by Government Bureaus for any reason will prevent Party A from being able to apply resident permit for Party B and willresult in early termination of the employment relationship. Party B will need to take a healthy check and a police interview after entering China, if any factors to the fault of Party B such as health or employment/legal history cause them fail to get the resident permit,Party A has no choice except to terminate the contract.

　　該協(xié)議經(jīng)雙方簽署后開始生效，有效期最長為6 個(gè)月，但到雙方簽署正式聘用合同時(shí)終止。

　　根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)與發(fā)展的需要，甲方有意向聘用乙方，雙方本著平等自愿，協(xié)商一致的原則，達(dá)成以下聘用意向：

　　一、工作內(nèi)容：甲方擬聘用乙方從事的崗位，從事_____工作。

　　5，其他相關(guān)待遇比照甲方同等外聘人員執(zhí)行。

　　五、乙方義務(wù)：

　　1、乙方在簽訂意向書后，須在雙方約定時(shí)間內(nèi)向甲方報(bào)道;

　　2、乙方在接受甲方聘用條件后，不得將具體聘用條件泄露給第三人;

　　3、乙方在接受甲方轉(zhuǎn)讓股份后，不得轉(zhuǎn)讓給第三人。如乙方在約定工作期滿后退出甲方單位，應(yīng)繼續(xù)持有股份或者按現(xiàn)值折現(xiàn)。

　　4、乙方在勞動(dòng)合同簽訂后必須遵守甲方的工作安排。

　　六、其他事宜待勞動(dòng)合同簽訂時(shí)再行商榷。

　　甲方(用人單位)：聊城市東昌府區(qū)英太網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技有限公司

　　乙方(員工)：

　　根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)與發(fā)展的需要，甲方有意向聘用乙方。雙方本著平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的原則，達(dá)成以下聘用意向：一、工作內(nèi)容：甲方擬聘用乙方在世界證券交易員崗位，從事工作。

　　二、擬聘用期限：從 年 月 日起至 年 月 日至。

　　三、工資待遇：公司對(duì)員工采用基本工資+績效工資的考核方式。對(duì)參加崗前培訓(xùn)并達(dá)到合格要求的員工(單月業(yè)績達(dá)到20__美金或連續(xù)兩個(gè)月均達(dá)到1500美金以上即為合格)，最低基本工資為20__元(人民幣)，績效工資最低按照每月凈業(yè)績(業(yè)績收入—賬戶基本費(fèi)用200美金)的40%進(jìn)行計(jì)提。

　　四、關(guān)于培訓(xùn)期間的規(guī)定

　　員工簽訂《聘用意向書》之后，必須按照公司規(guī)定的時(shí)間參加崗前培訓(xùn)，在崗前培訓(xùn)期間須遵守公司關(guān)于培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)制度。員工在此期間，公司不提供任何除培訓(xùn)本身之外的福利待遇。公司在培訓(xùn)期間，免費(fèi)向員工提供可以進(jìn)行實(shí)盤操作的賬戶，不收取任何費(fèi)用。

　　五、關(guān)于培訓(xùn)押金及其返還

　　員工在簽訂《聘用意向書》之后，須向公司繳納1000元(人民幣)押金，如果在培訓(xùn)期間，員工無視公司有關(guān)制度，隨意曠課，致使培訓(xùn)工作無法完成，押金不予退回;對(duì)能夠按時(shí)參加崗前培訓(xùn)(無論是否達(dá)到合格要求)，培訓(xùn)期結(jié)束后，均返還押金;對(duì)于培訓(xùn)合格，由于本人原因不能與公司簽訂聘用合同的員工，押金不予返還。

　　六、關(guān)于簽訂正式用工合同的規(guī)定

　　對(duì)按時(shí)參加崗前培訓(xùn)并能達(dá)到合格要求的員工，公司將與員工簽訂正式的聘用合同，聘用期暫定為3年。
