　　III. Salary Treatment: The Company adopts the appraisal method of basic salary + performance salary for employees. For employees who have attended pre-job training and met the qualification requirements ( if their monthly performance reaches US $ 20xx or more than US $ 1500 for two consecutive months, they are qualified ), the minimum basic salary is 20xx yuan ( RMB ), and the minimum performance salary is set aside at 40 % of the monthly net performance ( performance income - account basic cost US $ 200 ).

　　IV. Provisions on Training Period

　　After signing the Letter of Intent for Employment, employees must attend pre-job training according to the time specified by the company. During the pre-job training, they must abide by the company's relevant training system. During this period, the company does not provide any benefits other than training itself. During the training period, the company provides employees with accounts that can be operated with firm offers free of charge.

　　Five, about training deposit and its return

　　After signing the Letter of Intent for Employment, the employee must pay a deposit of 1000 yuan ( RMB ) to the company. If during the training period, the employee ignores the company's relevant system and absents from classes at will, resulting in the training work being unable to be completed, the deposit will not be refunded. To be able to attend pre-job training on time ( whether or not they meet the qualification requirements ), the deposit will be returned after the training period is over. The deposit will not be refunded to employees who have passed the training and are unable to sign employment contracts with the company due to their own reasons.
